Fast to setup, limited options for alerts. You get garage door up and down. I'd like to get alerts if the door is left open for more than 10 minutes.

I assumed it paired correctly since it activated the opener, yet cannot do more than see I have my door open on one of the icons on my phone and on the other icon2 of the app screen, see that my door has been open now since I installed it two months ago. I sent in a rating indicating my issue and never heard a word back. IS THERE ANY HELP AVAILABLE???

The sensor was broken and I had to wait for the company to send a replacement bc Best Buy was out of stock. The app will open/close my garage door sometimes... I had higher expectations.

Might want set camera on it just in case your garage wont shut. Kinda pricey too was expected good product for the price

Yes, installation wasn’t too bad, although the install is completely dependent upon a buggy app. Worse though, until my bridge arrives from Chamberlain, operation is also dependent upon that same app. And that app privacy policy is horrible. I only give this unit a second star because my Liftmaster easily learned the hub command.
