    Works with its own app, but does NOT integrate with Google Home (apparently can be linked to Google Assistant, but only with a subscription). Plus makes an extremely irritating, loud beeping noise every time you use it to close the garage door, starting several seconds before the door starts to move, and lasting until after it is completely closed. There is no way to turn the volume down or turn it off.

    The rating isn't for the product but more for Best Buy. I ordered online for home delivery for a new, not opened box. When I opened the shipping box the package didn't look right. It wasn't sealed. While setting up the product it was already registered to someone else who obviously returned it. I returned it to the local Best Buy for an exchange.

    Easy installation with step by step instruction. However I can not get it to work with nest or google home as advertised.

    Randomly opened my door

    this product worked as described, even on my old opener. It did however open on its own every now and then. It happend more than once though. So we started to lock it when we were home. I would then get a notification that "opening failed". I was the only one with the app. Once unplugged we havent had the issue since. I worked well though while it lasted. But too much a security concern for our house.

    Like the premise...not so much the end result

    It worked exactly like we hoped for the first few days...then started acting up. Saying too many attempt had failed and would have to be closed manually...our would say unable to reach application (or something like that) and we were unable to operate the door...which was the whole point in having it. Naturally it all started right after the return period had already elapsed (A whopping 15 days...), so we're stuck with holes in our garage and an expensive piece of useless equipment.

    Works as expected, but sometimes you need to re-sync the parts to work again. I am missing an app for apple watch, when I don't have my iPhone on me.

    This thing is a piece of crap. We were having issues with our garage door not being closed so we bought this to notify us that our door was open. It does notify you but guess what? It notifies you that your garage door is open when it’s NOT! It’s a piece of crap. I’ve had to rush home from work 3 times now because this thing is confused only to see that my garage door is closed. It also doesn’t connect through the app so what’s the point of being able to close your garage door remotely if it won’t connect?

    I saw this on sale and wanted to try it out. I bought it and took it home and began the setup. The setup was not going well. I was not able to get it successfully connected. Instead it wooed out the settings of my garage door opener and took a week before I was able to get that to work again. I found a review online e tht stated that led lights tend to interfere with this product. And that's what I have in my garage.

    The unit works great as a standalone MyQ unit; but the BestBuy product description says the product is Apple HomeKit ready... Not true.

    MyQ is good in concept and works well when connected. However it often comes disconnected from the sensors. It should also support Alexa/Echo.

    Trash. Thing worked for almost a year and then decided to stop working. Replaced batteries, tried setting it back up and no dice. Bought a brand new one and couldn’t get it to do anything and can’t get ahold of tech support. If you appreciate your sanity, don’t buy this.

    Product was not easy to setup. Ended up with 2 of the same product being stalled causing problems with it working properly. Also wanted this to work with other products only to find out Chamberlain requires you purchase a subscription after you purchase the product. Thought about returning for this reason.

    Randomly Opens door 3+ times per day!

    Bought and installed 11/12/2019. Seemed great at first but then the door would just randomly open by itself! At 9 or 10 at night, 7 or 8 in the morning, noon, whenever! The open times were not aligned with any user settings. One of our phones showed the door opened for 1 hour, another phone showed the door opened for 6 hours using the same app and the same login! The accuracy of the app is very low and the security risk of random opening is just too great. Having this product is WORSE than not having anything at all.
