I constantly get door sensor errors on my phone. It’s only been installed for two weeks.

I like this product when it works. When it doesn’t be prepared to pull hair out. VERY difficult to figure it out. Overall it’s good

I purchased this Smart Garage Hub and registered/installed it on April 17th. Approximately May 3rd, I contacted the company because the app would take up to 5 plus minutes letting me know the garage door had been opened/closed. Beginning May 3rd, I contacted myQ asking them to help me with the delay problem. I followed their instructions to no avail and from that time forward it no longer recognized the email I used to set this app up. It simply snowballed from there and I was unable to access the app and would get this message: "The password does not match the email provided". I tried resetting the password and continued to get the same message. I kept going back to the company for help and they stopped responding. I've decided the headache this product and the treatment this company gave me isn't worth the time and frustration. I would like to know if the company can't or isn't willing to assist me, than isn't reasonable that they refund me?

Easy to setup but it doesn't always work perfectly. Sometimes there's a delay in it respondong to my phone.

barely can pick up a wifi signal. Not at all compatible with google home system or devices, only the google assistant app (which still doesn’t work) only works on the app. Waste of money and wrongly advertised. What a disappointment

It works but chamberlain makes you pay $1 a month for voice services. I prefer HomeKit and so I returned this and got the insignia.

Nice hardware but the iPhone app. is crude and difficult to setup for two garage doors. Good thing is that it was on sale.

They need to work on the firmware or the app. It doesn’t always show the real status of my garage doors.

Using the function that automatically closes the garage door if left open has many times got messed up and reverses itself opening the garage when it was already closed... A serious problem if you want to have any faith in the app showing you the correct status of your garage open/closed and security of your house... it once opened the garage in the middle of the night in sub 0 temps causing alot of damage to a faucet in our insulated heated garage. Also when it gets confused about open/closed it takes 30 minutes to uninstall and reinstall the whole system. Very disappointed.

Be sure to mount it as far away opener as you can. If you don't the motor can interfere with the signal

But not happy with level of smartthings support with this product. You would believe by generation 2 you would learn.

Love getting notifications when the door opens and closes. Can’t seem to close or open the door from my phone though.

The instructions are completely wrong for setup. I had to google search an alternative way. Otherwise works as intended

Install seemed overly complicated. There should be a way to dumb this down a bit. But, it works and does what it's supposed to do.

Door sensor not working right. Can only open the door with app. Other than that it's OK.

Good idea, however alittle difficult to install. Had to reinstall after it set back to factory settings without warning.

Not able to setup a timer to closer the garage door after a specific amount of time.

Good product but not good for folks having 2 separate garage doors.

If you have new Wifi, good luck getting this on. If you have an old router, easy peasy.
