Even called tech department and they sent me a new garage door opener to see if that was the problem. Worked for a day then went back to not staying connected.

I followed all of the instructions and the garage door opens only sometimes using the MYQ app. There is nothing that can compare with sitting in your car to open the garage door in the rain, and you have to log on every time. And if you don't get the server problem message the door still won't operate.

Then it needed to download which I can never get it to do so I’ve never been able to use the app again for my garage for my cell phone. Which is total bull! I think if you buy a product and it works you shouldn’t have to reboot and go online to jerk around with it!

Posted .The MyQ Smart Gragae Hub is compatible to Genie openers manufactured after 1993, some needing your original remote to program and pair. We recommend that a Hub manufactured from April 2019 to present is used for pairing if it is a newer operator manufactured from 2016 to present. If you are having issues pairing, please contact Chamberlain support.
