    Waste of time and money

    It took forever to set up properly. After 2 hours of trying to get the settings it worked for a day and then went offline. It took another hour to re-program. Then I had to change my wifi password. I had to go through the entire process again and it would not work at all.

    Requires subscription for any actual smart control

    Basically a remote unless you want to buy a subscription to use the API for Google Assistant or IFTTT. I replaced this garbage with a GoControl, which actually allows for automation. Something this device is lacking.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing about this is easy, there is virtually no customer support. I consider this a total waste of money.

    This product would be in the garbage if it wasn't a gift from my kids. I have to re-install every month. Software locks up and login is extremely slow. Poor customer service.

    Installed according to instructions. Alerts and status aren't updating and wifi signal is strong. Salut will be returning.
