My husband isn’t a big fan of a smart home, but he never complained about this product. We added a bridge to this hub, so Siri can easily help us with our garage door. We bought this not because we want to be high tech or anything, but it great for me to check if I closed the garage door on my way out.... with two young kids in the car, sometimes you hand reach the remote control without thinking... but after 10 mins I’d asked myself if I closed it. Siri can easily check for me if it’s closed or not. And it is very easy to install.

I absolutely love thIs amazing product! I had been somewhat envious of my friends that had recently purchased a garage opener, which was equipped with this system. I have as thrilled when I realized I could purchase the hub and simply connect it to my existing garage door opener! Now I can ensure I remembered to shut my garage door when I’ve left home, plus I can open to allow family or friends in if they arrive before I do! Super easy to connect and sync!

At my old house, we had the garage door opener replaced with a Chamberlain smart garage and loved it. New house has a couple of old (but still working well) garage door openers and I saw this product and figured I would give it a shot. Boy, am I glad I did! For not a lot of money, it converted my "dumb" garage opener to a "smart" one. Leave the house and wonder if you closed the door? No worries. Open and close it from anywhere - install took like 20 minutes max.

The My Q Hub solved several issues; My neighbor can put packages inside the garage. No more getting half mile down the road and ...... wait...did I close the garage door??? Now it"s check the app on my phone and if it's closed.. cool. If the door is open I can close it, either way I'm good to go. There's nothing like having to turn around and come back and find "THE DOOR IS CLOSED" wasted time. installing and programming was easy as 123... finished, Xmas. I'm gifting my two boys and my brother too...

Installation was very easy. This came in handy when The garage door would not open as designed. I was able to open from the app.

I added this to our vacation home with an older Chamberlain opener without MyQ to be able to verify doors are closed. Installation was very straightforward. Just follow the installation video. The only glitch was I was unable to get the MyQ hub to find and sync with my whole house eero mesh wifi. I added an old router as an access point to the mesh and connected this MyQ device to it.

I have 2 of them for my garage doors so I can control them separately without any waiting. Works well no issues until now.

Works great, easy to set up. Took less than 10 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend placing the base unit on your opener motor as it will block the signal for your regular opener remotes. Had to move it but everything works great now. The feature to set a schedule to make sure the door is closed at a certain time has saved me a few times from leaving the garage open all night.

Worked flawlessly with my Chamberlain MyQ garage opener. Very easy to set up and the app is very easy to use.

This was purchased as a gift for someone else. However, I was told that it was very simple to install, works great, and is very convenient!

Bought this on sale as a cheap toy gadget as an impulse buy. Not sure I needed it. Came in handy when I got a Tesla and there is no garage door opener! Well not without paying $300. Crazy. Also used it for Amazon Key. They give you $30 Amazon credit after first delivery. So this paid for itself. Procrastinated installing it for months. But it is so simple to install. Takes 5 minutes to get it working. Only took longer to mount the unit high on the wall just for visibility.

This is amazing for the price it’s FANTASTIC!!! Very easy setup and now I can control my garage door from anywhere!!!! I can give family members temp “keys” and have a log for all activity and who did it. I can use Amazon key as well!!! This will work on garage doors back to 1993!! One hint. If it seems the motor won’t connect, and you did it all correctly, and you light is orange….the light faded and it was purple originally.

I usually don’t write reviews but after seeing the horror stories about setting this up I have to say “What are they talking about?” This has to be the easiest install I’ve ever experienced! Step by step everything paired without issue, and best of all....I can open my garage door from my Apple Watch! That’s a game changer. The warning signal it makes when closing isn’t as bad as everyone says. If you like the concept of having control of your garage door from anywhere on the planet, get it!

Got this so my wife could walk to kids practice and not need a door opener. Easy to set up and gives piece of mind with alerts

I was skeptical about this product since my security company (ADT) told me that the garage door opener they sell wouldn’t work with my 2015 garage door. I was completely surprised in how easy this product was to install in my garage and on my phone. Probably took 20 minutes total from the time I opened the box till the first time I opened the door using the app. I would highly recommend for anyone that wants an extra garage door opener.

Easy to install. The app makes the opener obsolete, especially if you have more than two users. So easy and so secure!

Works better than my Z-wave garage door control. Was a little tricky to set up initially; it took a few tries to get the hub to operate my garage door, but once it confirmed to move the door, it has been flawless. I like that there is no delay on opening the door remotely, and that there is a delay before it closes (as it should be for safety reasons). LIght is very bright, and audible beep can easily be heard before the door closes.
