I had my house built 2 years ago. Unfortunately, builders don’t include MYQ or WiFi ready garage openers. So I came to Best Buy, and bought this product. It was super easy to set up on my phone, and now can control my Garage from anywhere! Also, great for those people who leave their house and question if they closed the Garage or not! Will definitely recommend this to all my family and friends.

This is a very great addition to my smart home set up. I always worry about leaving home and not closing the garage door. That fear is gone now. This worked great with Alexa. I have had my amazon deliveries delivered into the garage for safe keeping. For the price, i ‘d say that is alot of good for a very low price. Would recommend this to anyone.

Easy to hook up in your home. Just put in on a back wall in the garage, you don't need to mount it in the ceiling. Can be set to let you know every time your garage door is opened or closed. I can also be set to tell you your garage is open for more than an hour or whatever time you set. That way you won't leave your garage door open all night by mistake.

I purchased this as an addition to my smart home devices. I wanted the ability to check the status of my garage and open and close it via my phone. This device does just that. The downside is that each time you must sign into the app, which is very slow. They also advertise integration with Google home, but they don't tell you is that it comes at a price. They also don't tell you that voice commands are very limited with Google home. You can ask to check the status of the garage door and close it. They refuse to add the ability to open it, sighting security reasons. But isn't that what voice recognition is for, my harmony remote won't allow other users to access it's voice commands and it works very well. They could also simply have a check box eliminating their liability if a user wants to allow voice opening. This is the only short coming I've found in this device. I've even elected to use the link app to control it as it is far quicker to log in to.

Tells you when you garage door opens and closes with live messages to your phone. Also warns people your closing the door with your phone. Plus you don't have to worry if someone steals your garage door opener. Plus great to let people in to you garage with out giving them a remote

Easy to setup, the app is great too. I can open and close the garage from anywhere.

The system is fairly easy to set up, provided you have a strong wi-fi signal. The initial set up instructions (at least for me) were problematic, as I plugged the base into an outlet that didn't have a good view of the wireless receiver. Once I figured out that issue, it was a piece of cake to get it all working.

A great smart home addition! Easy set up and app is easy to use. Alerts are right on time

This is a great device that allows me to know if one of my garage doors is open or closed. I have alerts set up to tell me when it open and closes. I can close the door if I forgot to. I just check the app and it says closed for how long or open for how long. I can now open my garage door when I turn on my street 5 houses away. This allows my door to be fully open right when I pull in.

I love this- works with my existing chamberlain garage. I have 2 garages and I did my research to find out that one hub can control 2 different garage doors. I just had to buy a separate door sensor which was almost as much as the hub on amazon but it works great. Now I can check on my phone and have peace of mind my garage is closed.

Best Buy has had a great price on this item lately. Bought and installed one, went perfectly. Bought another door sensor off eBay for another garage door (with separate door opener). Installed second door sensor and added second door opener to hub. One hub two door sensors controlling two garage doors, working fine. Using for a month so far.

Easy installation. The app works well. I am completely happy with this product. All I have to do is open the app and click the open button and the garage opens. Plain and simple. It even tells you how long the garage door has been open or closed. $25 makes your garage door smart, best money I've ever spent on a smart home product.

Great product, price affordable and easy to set up

When I found out about this product I immediately purchased it and had it installed. This is a great product as I know if the garage door is open or closed. I no longer need to have the garage door clicker in he car as everything is done with my phone. I am thrilled with this product and have recommended it to my family and friends.

This item is small and well made. However I decided to return it since it needs to be located close to the original garage door control panel and close to a wall outlet which places great limitation. Would prefer a model which can be battery powered.

Awesome product, works exactly as described. My one gripe is that the wifi instructions aren't very clear and took me a while to figure out. Despite that, I gave the product 5 stars because once setup it works extremely well. I have been using mine for a couple of months now and it has worked perfectly. I love being able to check on my phone whether I remembered to close the garage door, and to shut it if I forgot!

This was easy to install and it works great. The app is also easy to use.

The number of times every week that we forgot to shut our garage door or had our neighbors text us the the door was open has now dropped to 0. If the door is open it will automatically shut in the evenings assuming nothing is blocking it.We can check from anywhere to see if it is open or not. The installation was easy and they walked you through everything even with videos.
