Had a bit of trouble getting the hub to work with our current garage opener. After a bit of tweaking got to work. Its great at alerting me when the door is open. Have not been able to use it to close the door however.

The best product for peace of mind. There were days that I wasn’t sure if I closed the garage and had to turn around and go home. Not only can you check if it’s open or closed you can open and close it as well. Works great with iPhone and Apple Watch. Also super easy to put up and program.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone who has an older style or non smart garage. I love the schedule feature were the garage door will make sure it is close at a specific time (for all those peeps, who forget to close their garage door(s) at night time). It also has the feature it can alert/notify you each time the garage door opens or closes. Love this product!!

Installation was a breeze, took about 15 minutes and it works great.

I was excited about this, but thought the original $150+ price was way too high. Nice to see them get off their high horse and lower the price. Setup wasn't the easiest thing in the world, but easy enough. It has a US government regulation required beep sound when closing your garage door that's annoying to say the least. Still exploring how to manually disable the physical beeper inside on the circuit board. Voice service integration like Google Assistant is available. They say there's a fee that's wave for a limited time to enable it though. If they start charging a fee, I'll stop using it. Notes: Once paired, it can't be reset and resold to another person from my understanding. You can't use Google Assistant to open the garage door. Only closes and confirms it's closed. Chamberlain middle man's the Google Assistant connection with their own guy voice, so it's not a native Google experience. Chamberlain Customer Support is spotty and slow. Expect to troubleshoot on your own.

no problems. Love being able to close garage remotely. And the ability to make sure its closed at certain hours is great. Garage was left open once when I went to bed and MyQ closed it for me! Love that feature. Makes me feel safer.

Works as expected with no issues so far. Installation was pretty straight forward and was completed timely. It’s really great to know that if I leave my garage door open, I can now resolve that issue easily with my phone. Not sure how my parents got by without all of this smart technology.

Nice solution to replace garage door openers for my cars that don’t have one. Also good solution for monitoring door if it has not been closed. Downside is that if your phone is dead, you can’t open the garage. Also have had to reprogram twice since installed.

We love this item! We have dogs at home that like to stay in the garage when it's too hot or too cold or just whenever. With this we can raise the door so that they can go out and do their business and come back in. Pair it a long with a RING camera so that you can see them go in and out and it works wonderful!!

I have been using this device for more than a year and so far I am very satisfied. I can easily check if I had closed my garage door or not. It is also compatible with Amazon Key for your packages to be delivered in your garage. My only concern, it is not working with Alexa, I hope the manufacturer is working on it.

Great to be able to see notifications of when the garage door is open and closed from my iPhone. The only issue that I’ve had was that I had an error through my phone and it needed me to reset the opener at the house - what if I was out of town and now my garage door is open?!

Really handy when I can't remember if I closed the garage! Easy to install. Paired easily with my Genie Intellicode receiver so I was able to open and close the garage from the app. Response time is only a few seconds. However I ended up unpairing it since I only want to use in "monitor mode" to check if my garage is open/closed and not control it.

I am so glad we bought this! After several failed door openers and key pads, we are excited to have a means of opening our garage door that works and is convenient for our whole family. We have even been able to open the door for extended family when several miles away.

I was recommended this item from a coworker and I’m so glad that I bought it! It is a great way to make sure that you close your garage door, and you can link it up with Amazon Key App do that you can have your packages left in your garage instead of by the front door, and have to worry about porch pirates. It is truly a great buy!

This was very easy to install and set up on my network and iOS devices. I’m now using my iPhone and my Apple Watch to control my garage (without any fee), and my family can use their own device, too. I will say that the watch connection can be flaky at times and not very fast to connect. I plan to buy an additional sensor so that I can control a second door.

Great product! Once you program your garage door's 'brain' to match up with this item's remote, you can instantly look at your phone - on the app - and tell if you forgot to close your garage door. And if you did forget, just use the app and close the door. Tells you how long door has been open or closed. Wonderful - no problems.

I bought this piece for my father and one for my sister so they can control the Chamberlin garages they have by phones vs remotes. Also can make sure its closed from anywhere. Works perfectly and highly recommended for those that have the myq garage for phone control but not the more expensive option with built in wifi.
