I've had it for 2 months and it's very useful. My wife locked herself out when she took the dog out for a walk. She ask the neighbors to use their phone to call me. I was at work about an hour and a half drive away and was able to open up the door for her. So worth it! Easy to install and so far very reliable.

Works well. I Like being able to check status of garage door anywhere from my phone. Allowed me to open and close the door for a family member without giving out the garage door code. Really enjoying it. Set up was easy. Instructions were good. Would recommend it to others.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have not used one before. It’s a pretty basic unit. It opens and closes the garage doors. It shows on the phone if the door is open or closed. It will open/close from anywhere I have a data signal. Super easy to install.

This is super helpful for those that forget to close the garage door (or spouses that do). My neighbor texted that our garage door was open when we were away camping for the weekend. Was able to close it right there from my phone and felt better.

Great add on to my smart home very simple to install. It took longer to load app than setting up. Would’ve given 5 stars but app needs improvement but I guess there’s more features if you include the actual other hub. And the battle between nest and google

I like how I can see if I left my door up and you can set it to alert your phone if it’s up for a certain amount of time. Only fault is it won’t work with google home and you have to use its own app.

This was extremely easy to set-up. It took no more than 15 minutes and now I have a smart garage door opener. I will state, the app is less than stellar and getting it to work with your preferred A.I. overlord may take a few steps, but these things are out of BestBuy's hands.

i have not installed as of yet we are doing some renovation but i am looking forward to update garage door to control with phone app

I own a number of smart devices: smart plugs, lights, locks, and more; the Chamberlain MyQ Smart Garage Hub exceeds any possible expectation. After using this product for a couple of weeks; only the Google Nest Thermostat comes first on the list of "must-have" smart devices for a home.

This is the second one purchased for my second home. I Had one at my old place which I left for the next homeowner. I like how I can get notifications every time the garage opens and closes. Unfortunately, if the sensor is far from the WIFI, it doesn't work the best if at all.

This does exactly what is says and was so very simple to install. I read some of the negative reviews but none of that has occurred for my installation and operation. If you are thinking, think no more as this is a handy addition to a smart home.

I love smart devices. Easy to set up! No one needs a garage remote now because its an easy click of the button and the garage is open or closed. Also when my boyfriend comes over and no ones there, I just let him in from work and then he shuts it when he gets inside.

Works very well. Hooked it up to Alexa so I can close the door even when my hands are full. Nice option to close the door at a certain time eve day Incase you forget to it. Also sends you a reminder if the door is open for X amount of time.

I purchased this to be able to open/close the garage door remotely. It works well and having the ability to shut the door automatically on a schedule is nice. Deducting one star because it’s another 70 dollars to get the home bridge for HomeKit comparability.

Works perfectly, controls any recently made garage door and is able to add a second garage door with one extra purchase. Love it!

Not much to say it allows you to open your garage from your phone. As of now it does not integrate with the Google home app which is a huge bummer. Fix the Google home app issue and this becomes an excellent product.

Great product and easy to install! Wonderful to be able to double check to make sure that our garage door is closed. Also great to be able to open/close our garage door from wherever we are with the use of the app on our phone. We are very pleased with this product and it does everything that we intended it to do for us.

This is a great product works with HomeKit and easy to setup I was unable to install it because of broken programming button on my garage door opener.

I bought this on a deal from Best Buy. Installed it myself which took me some time, but I got the job done. Sure enough 4 months after moving into our new place my wife left the garage door open and tells me this as I am already at work. So I was able to login and remotely closed the garage.

Very handy product. Reasonably priced and easy to set up. It was a little sensitive to placement in the garage to make it work properly, Once it was working there was no problem. Will be purchasing another.
