About a year ago, I had installed the original MyQ and it was very buggy. Took it back within a day. Took a shot with the update and it works great. Simple to install, connected easily with my network and my garage door opener. Software works like a charm.

Easy set up. Works well with iPhone gives you peace of mind just check your phone and make sure the doors closed. Plus you can let people in if they’re Battery is dead on their controller.

Peace of mind if the garage close or not. Easy to use app. Easy setup. Love how it expands to Amazon key. When using mobile data, it responds quick to open/close garage door.

I bought this product for my sister and it works great with her Chamberlain garage door opener. I don't like the fact that you have to pay a monthly fee in order to gain integration with Alexa but it doesn't take away from the ease of installation and use.

It does what is supposed to do. The only drawback is that you are Nicole and dimed into a $10 annual subscription to link it to Google assistant.

This is a great product. It lets us know if our garage door gets opened or closed when we are away from home. And if we forget to close it, we can close it from anywhere. Even many states away.

Works perfectly on the phone I set it up on. Haven't been able to add my wife's phone yet - it just doesn't find it. I'm sure some fiddling with it will do it though

This product is pretty cool. I can let ppl in the house if need be or I can close it when I’m on my way to work if I forgot to shut it. Or I can double check to see on the app if I did close. Peace of mind

This is something everyone should have in their home if they are the type of person who worries if the garage is in fact closed or you like to go out of the house without a key. Super easy to install and the app is simple enough.

Just purchase this product and I love it. It is very reliable and easy to install; well as long you follow instructions. No issues, worth the money since I had purchased another product that was worthless to my opinion.

I was shocked by how easy it was to install this and set it up. It works perfectly. ONLY complaint is that it does not natively work with Amazon Alexa devices. However, it works with IFTTT so I was able to create a work around to that.

I’ve owned a few different garage door products. This product has worked seamlessly with my myiq app and the installation was easy. It tells you how long the door has been opened or closed and it has not messed up once in the month I’ve had it. Highly recommend it

Very easy instructions to follow. You just need good wifi in your garage for it to work. It does not have a skill for alexa but the app is very easy to use. I hope they will come out with an alexa skill so I can use as part of my smart home.

This is great! Let’s me know when the door has been left open, or when someone else opens it. Relieves a lot of piece of mind when leaving home. Setup was easy but I had connection issues which told me to call, I waited a day and it worked fine.

This was easy for my husband to install and works just as promised. It was nice to have on our recent road trip so we could know with certainty that someone did not accidently leave the garage door open.

Works great but when you have a wifi loss, it can be silly and challenging to reset this especially if you mount it on the ceiling, can be annoying, had to exchange it because the wifi wouldn't connect (tried 2.4ghz and still had issues when disabling 5ghz on route) even have a mesh puck within 10 feet. Also, it has produced 3-4 false "open" alerts which is scary when you aren't home, so I recommend having a camera of some sort in your garage like we do as a back up, and a neighbor you trust to come shut it if it does open on it's own (which it hasn't yet)

Works as advertised. Great how it notufies you when garage door has been opened and for how long and the same when door closes. I don't have to worry about someone accidentally opening the garage door at night.

Now I can control my garage door from my phone and I always know whether my garage door is closed or open and how long it’s been closed. It connected to my WiFi and got set up pretty easy. Well worth the purchase .

Not much to say here. The installation is easy and the directions are clear. It's worth the money and I just love being able to open and close my garage anytime and I like getting notified when it's open or closed. Get it! You're welcome.

First week after installing, this device saved me time and a headache. Works like a charm and allows me to leave items in the garage instead of leaving things near my front door where it can be taken.
