This device ends the question of “did I close the garage door?” If you left it open you can close from the phone as well. It alerts your phone ever time your door is open or closed. Install was easy. WiFi needed of course.

Although it works fine with th app, integration with Google assistant is quirky, it hardly works with Google, but still not a bad option at the price point, installation was a breeze.

This is a great piece of gear. It takes about 10 min to set up and works out of the box. No need for any other smart hubs for what you will typically use it for. I bought a total of 4 sets as Christmas presents for my family.

Works 50% of the time. Sometimes it cuts connection and sometimes it works right away. The app is good, but the notification is late. It's always about 3-4 hours late to notify you. So it kind of make you think that someone just opened or closed the garage when you've closed the garage hours ago. Probably a wifi with built in MyQ garage motor would be a better option or having a garage camera just to assure that you have a view of the garage.

This product was a game changer for me. I can open my garage even if I’m out of town. I know when the cleaning company comes in/out or when other family members are coming and going. It’s easy to install and use. I couldn’t live without it.

This product is extremely easy to install and program. I also discovered that the installation of the hub doesn't have to be exactly next to the motor (on the ceiling as suggested), as long as everything is in range, it can be mounted on a side wall in the garage, as long as there is wifi range (especially if one has high ceilings). The only disadvantages are: I cannot connect it to my alexa or google smar devices, and when I share it with my wife, she has to either have the exact same account login to get the alerts, otherwise if I share it, she can open and close, but doesn't get an alert of activity.

The hub is one of the easiest smart add on’s I’ve ever set up! I had my garage door working from my phone in minutes. Instruction are online. The box booklet was just a parts list. Very easy setup!

This product was cheaper at Best Buy than the warehouse hardware stores. Easy to install and to use. I some time question if I left the garage door open, now I no longer have to turn around to check.

Man, gotta love technology, Bought this for my dad's 10yr old garage and it works like a charm. Strongly recommend to not unnecessarily upgrade for a working garage opener.

My boyfriend always forget to close the garage door whenever he leaves or gets home. This allows me to check and control the garage door from my phone without having to worry if the door is closed or not.

Bought this on deal ($29). It was very easy to install. It's working ok so far, but the app sometimes stops and don't work. Once I close and reopen, it starts working. But this doesn't happen often.

While this smart garage hub is compatible with Chamberlain garage door openers, it isn't compatible with Smartthings. The Smartthings integration is pretty much broken, which runs against it's advertisement. The beep time to close/open is also not configurable and is very annoying, to the point that nearby neighbors think an alarm is going off. The sensor also sometimes thinks the door is ajar when it has been closed, sending me unwarranted and inaccurate information. The device provides basic features, but overall the application needs some work.

This product has already paid for itself. I’ve been able to: - let an electrician into my garage remotely to start work when I was running behind in traffic - open and close the garage when we took a friend’s car out instead of ours. Love it!

A wonderful product! Easy installation, download app on your phone, then you can open or close garage door from wherever you’re at. Or check to make sure garage door is closed while away. Best product ever.

The physical installation was super easy, ran into a bit of trouble on the app setup portion. The app refused to close the door but I lowered down everything, turned it back on and it was working perfectly. Took me 10 mins to install.
