I thought it was a bit pricey at ~$100 so I waited until it was ~$80 and got it. Was very easy to set up and I had it working in less than 15 minutes. The only issue I have see is once every so often I won't get the open/close alert if my phone is idle. But once I pick it up and press a button, the alert sounds. Not sure if this is an android issue or what??? And I do wish I could tie it into my Google Home and tell the garage to open/close.

Tells you if door is open or opens during a specific time interval that you can set. Other than that real limited functionality. wish it would tell me if the garage door was open longer than a set amount of time. Wish it had better integration with google or amazon.

Used my Iphone Xs and it setup without any issues and is working now. I have the MyQ garage door openers but it registers where the door is by the opener, so if someone lifted the safety latch and opened the door manually then you would not know. But since this has a sensor on the door itself this is more reliable. We'll see how it holds up long term and in weather.
