Peace of mind notifications to let you know that door is open or closed. And the best part is setting it up with Amazon Key delivery so that amazon can open garage and drop off packages and close it. Also let's you set up a camera so you can view the entire event. No more porch Pirates stealing my packages!! Hands Down 5 stars!!! If you are thinking about the MyQ garage door opener, buy it now. My garage door units were NOT wifi enabled but did have the myQ symbol on them. I was able to connect both garage bay units (we have two) to the hub without the need for the included sensor. Everything works perfectly, I can see if the garage is open, closed, and even if it is opening, closing, or stuck half way. I was UNABLE however, to get this to integrate with Alexa. I wish that functionality was there as advertised. Not a big deal for me but that should be noted.

Great upgrade to traditional keypad
