Sometimes the door sensor doesn't work well...but it's very rare when that happens. Google Home and Amazon Dot/Echo don't nativley control the openinng. I had to find a 3rd party IOT site to do this and run that command with my Google Home. After it's setup it does the job. I just wish myQ allowed more expansive integration. That's why i only give it 4/5.

Only problem was the directions didn't have my new side mounted Liftmaster garage doors openers included in installation instructions. But that leads me to say the help line was one of the best I've ever used. The gentleman at there customer service was very nice, knew immediately what to do and had me working in less than five minutes. I'm impressed

Add on remote garage door opener

If doesnt close door after two tries, it won't work again until door is closed, (clear issues preventing closure). Setup took several tries, not intuitive. Can't set any time to auto close unit, but can set up alerts in Chamberlain app to let you know doors open.
