We've also come back to a wide open door because a leaf blew in front of the sensor and it stopped going down. This is also great when we need to let a contractor or friend in the garage to do something while we're not around (namely our pest management guy). It takes 20 minutes to install and 10 minutes to set up the app, couldn't be much easier for how much value it adds.

I was a little leery about getting it after the reading the review but I took a chance. It wasn't that difficult to set up. If its hot where you live, get up and doing it in the morning(it was hot as heck in my garage) You'll need a drill and bit. I didn't have any problems connecting it to my network. If I had to complain I would say that its slow but it says that it takes 20 seconds which in reality isn't that long. I've had it for about a month and it works fine.

A must have for standard garage doors

We can open/close or check the status of garage door from anywhere. A must have if you have kids that are consistently in and out of the garage. Reason for four starts: Some times it drops off line, at which time you will need to restart the app. A minor inconvenience at times
