Watched a short video prior to installation so I wouldn't jack it up, but it was easy peasy. Works as described. The phone app is basic & easy to use. When house keeper comes I can lift the garage door up and close it with app. Son left garage door open, could see from security cameras. Closed it easily with app. App also tells you how long door has been open or closed.

There’re times we’ve left the garage for up at night. It helps to to open it when we are close to the house or to let kids in the house with it. The only problem is even though I have a strong WiFi signal, I’ll get a sense error every note and then. I normally make it go away by opening the garage door manually. Other than I like it.
