Easy setup and works great for letting the ups guy drop a package inside the house. Of course you’ll need a secondary camera for that.

No more getting up at night to check if garage is open. Also like getting alerts when kids get home and open garage. Easy set up.

would have been 5 stars if the installation instructions were clearer. Had to go to youtube to install it. Had to do a reinstall and ended up calling customer service. That was the right call. Customer service walked me thru step by step and worked perfectly. So 5 stars if the instructions said "call customer service for installation instructions".

Easy install-stick a device on the garage door and screw in the other device onto the garage wall. Watched a short video prior to installation so I wouldn't jack it up, but it was easy peasy. Works as described. The phone app is basic & easy to use. When house keeper comes I can lift the garage door up and close it with app. Son left garage door open, could see from security cameras. Closed it easily with app. App also tells you how long door has been open or closed.

Really good to have. There’re times we’ve left the garage for up at night. It helps to to open it when we are close to the house or to let kids in the house with it. The only problem is even though I have a strong WiFi signal, I’ll get a sense error every note and then. I normally make it go away by opening the garage door manually. Other than I like it.

Great product, the set process toke me about 5 min. Very easy turn on your device and with your phone download the my Q app And it will guide you step by step about 5 min and your all done. Very convenient if you think you forgot to close the garage after you left the house simple open the app will give real time status. Notifications are great you get notification when it opens when it closes. Great product highly recommend for you DIY no need for a professional you are the professional with this product, it is that simple
