I love how it tells you when it's open or closed and the time so I know when the kids are home or if someone else tries to enter. The price was extremely reasonable for the product. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Product is very user-friendly.

You cannot plug the unit into the same outlet as your garage door opener. I could not get it to work until I moved it off the ceiling and onto a wall. I think the garage door motor induces a field or current on the unit and messes with it. Works well now that everything is setup, but every once in a while the sensor does not work and says that the door is closed when open or vice versa.
