Great customer service when I called to help get this up and running with my garage door opener. Gets 4 stars because when opening and closing the garage there are extremely annoying and unnecessary bright lights and tones that come from this product. Other than that it is a pretty solid purchase.

So that if the garage was closed and we wanted to open it when we were outside the door, we could open it. This works really well. The only thing it does is on our phones it will say it’s open or just closed the door when it really didn’t.

Very easy to install, and works almost flawlessly. I do encounter at times that it's offline, but may not be the products fault. To close the garage it's sometimes annoying as it beeps loudly "clearing the area" before starting to close. I understand to a degree why they did it. For the price, outstanding add on to wifi your garage door. Can also give guests access as well.
