After half an hour, I gave up and asked friend to help. An hour later it was working. As a working product, it's great! (I'm from the Apple environment and expect set up to be easy)

It’s great for guests or if your kids forget to shut the garage door, just open the app and you can see if the door is open or closed and for how long. You can even assign users so you can see who opened or closed the garage. Simple install and intuitive app

Especially, after reading many of the reviews on the product. However, I had assisted ａ family member hookup and configure the same brand slightly different garage opener. It turns out that it’s ａ pretty good product. I’d even recommend it to others.
