You can see when your door is open or close from anywhere as long as the hub is connected to your wifi. It does have a siren and light flash before open and closing which some people have mixed feelings about.

Setup was a little tricky, but works great so far after months of use. It's awesome being able to open/close your garage door from anywhere, and we also tied it into our Amazon account so they can leave deliveries inside.

I don't care if this doesn't integrate with HomeKit, Alexa. Sometimes it doesn't work if I try to close garage from the app in a different location.
