This does everything it advertises. Works perfectly and the associated app is excellent. Just had to dig through the app to find where to control the door remotely, but scheduling preset open/close times was easy. Works with Amazon Key to allow delivery inside the garage securely. Install could not be more simple and easy.

I purchased two of these as a gift for family which purchased a house together with a three car garage, so two doors. A single hub can work with two doors but they decided to install both hubs and the set up works nicely. Everyone is very happy with the functionality, convenience and added security.

I love that there is an easy way to update my older garage door opener so that it can be accessible with my iPhone and Apple Watch! I was able to follow the instructions to set up and install in a very reasonable amount of time. As I stated at the beginning, I would definitely purchase this again. No buyer’s remorse. That being said there are a couple of items you should know going in. 1. This doesn’t open or close 100% of the time. My iPhone is about 90% response, and my watch operates about 70% of the time. The first day I set things up I walked across the street and talked to our neighbors. The app closed the door just fine but when I returned it didn’t open the door. It was a little embarrassing having to ring the doorbell and have to explain why I was locked out. 2. This doesn’t work with Siri. You need an additional item called a bridge to make it work with Siri.

This garage door opener is SUPER easy to program, mount (comes with screws and mounting piece), and operate. The app alerts you when the garage opens and closes and keeps a database of the times. It’s a very good system. I’d buy a second if I had another garage !

Useful in accessing home remotely and gives great peace of mind that the garage was not left open.

I had my doubts about this product especially at the low price which was not much more than getting a couple of the cheap garage remotes that never last that long. Setup was easy and the thing simply works great. You control the garage door via an app on your phone and you can invite others to be able to use it as well. I can open and close the garage door from anywhere and get alerts when it goes up or down. I even have it scheduled to always close the door at a set time each night in case we left it open. You do need to have a good wi-fi connection in your garage for the thing to work so check on that before buying and you might need to watch where you mount the device depending on your wi-fi signal. At this point the only concern I have is the same one I have for any product that relies on an app and a company's server to work and that is someday being "orphaned" should they shut down for any reason.

I really like this product. App is really easy to use. Easy to set up. Only bad thing is I can't figure out how to link this to my iphone so Siri can open and close my garage door. Chamberlain customer service was great in getting it set up. Highly recommend.

Does not work with Marantec M4500 garage door opener. Only provides monitoring - which is pointless if i can't open the garage door from my remote! Easy install and fast setup... so 4 stars for that.. but unfortunately doesn't work for me!

Easy to install and works perfectly from my iPhone. I can remotely check to see if I closed my door and even have it automatically close when my phone is outside the boundary that I set. Well worth the small investment for my Chamberlain myQ ready garage door opener.

Pretty straight forward way to add smart control over your MyQ garage door opener if it didn't already come with it built-in. Set the sensor in place on the door, install the main unit on an accessible wall with access to a wall outlet. Perform the setup with the smart app and your good to go. Integrates with some smart speakers (like Google/Nest speaker), but not directly with Amazon Alexa Echo unless you use IFTTT. If you don't know what IFTTT is, you probably don't want to try using it to connect an Amazon Echo. Otherwise, a nice smart function addition to your garage door opener.

Works great when setup with WiFi. Garage door opens with iPhone. Highly recommend product.

This is a must have you can even share this with Amazon to rid yourselves of porch pirates or more commonly thief's tis is easy to install and no more carrying garage door openers in the car for thief's to steal you will have it on your phone. Get this product.

I bought a house with a compatible MyQ garage door opener, so setting this up was a breeze. One button press on the garage and the device is paired. I now have the ability to get notifications when my garage door is left open, and I can open/close it from anywhere.

I have two garage doors and only one remote, that lives in my wife's car. That means, I have to back my car out, walk in and close the door, then walk around the house to get to my car or run and jump over the safety sensors. I installed the Chamberlain MyQ Smart Garage Hub and a sensor on both doors and now, my problems are gone. The app is very easy to navigate and the hub and sensors are so simple to set up and install. It took me about 10 minutes to have both doors up and running through the app. I've only had one failure in my month or so of using them multiple times a day, and that was because my router needed to be reset, not even an issue with the MyQ. My only gripe is that I wish there was further integration through IFTTT for this to work off verbal commands through the google home app.

This product is not the best. I have had issues where it logs me off and won't come back up for awhile. Other than this it is great to have it as I can open it for my family while I am away.

Originally, this worked perfectly. Integrated with Wink and gave me the ability to open and close remotely with Wink and close with Alexa. Recently this functionality is eroding and MyQ is pushing users to purchase more hardware to do similar stuff. My main purpose was for alerting and visibility into current state of the garage door. They still work, do I am recommending for that. Whole home automation appears to be lacking though without anteing up for more hardware.

First things first, I wish I knew about this sooner! I live in a place with multiple roommates that only has 1 garage remote and it has been a nightmare. I randomly saw this on sale at Best Buy and thought id give it a try and it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve made. Super easy to setup if you follow the instructions. Plus you can easily find a YouTube video showing you step by step how to set it up. Just hook it up, set up your account, and you’re good to go. I’ve never had a problem with it and I’ve been using it multiple times a day since I got it. Opening the garage with it is almost instant but closing your garage takes about 5 seconds for it to start so be patient. It also lets out a few warning beeps to let you know it’s about to close. Also your old remote will still work with the garage just in case something happens like you lose WiFi or something. Overall awesome accessory

I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law. They love it. Set up and install was less than 30 minutes. So easy to install and easy to use on the phone app. Great product if you want to be able to know if you closed your door or not and when you want to open or close from anywhere. Much better than a remote.
