Its a greast smart garage device for the price. Easy to setup

Great product. And easy to install and very user friendly.

The cool thing about this device is, you can close and open your garage from ANYWHERE. As long as you have wifi, and it's connected to wifi. The possibilities are endless. Amazon has even released amazon key so you can give the driver access to your garage to deliver packages.

Had the device for a few months love it. Issue is it doesn’t connect to many home automation products. Recently we got a sensor error support helped. I love being able to track wether the door is open or closed.

I don't know why I didn't purchase one of these years ago. My kids are bad about leaving the garage door open and now I don't have to wonder if they closed it. And if they didn't, I can close it right from my iPhone. The feature that allows you to set an automatic close time is a nice bonus.

Works very good. Only thing I’m not a fan of is that you have to log into the app every time you wanna open the door. I mean with Face ID it’s not a really big deal , but it is an extra step. I would like to be able to open app and tap button and be done. Other than that it works good

This is totally fit for purpose. I can close my garage door from anywhere I have network connectivity. Which is why I purchased it. I did have to pay to have it installed by a professional, to get it synched to my car, my house keypad, and my fobs. But I love it .

I think that the My Q garage opener is a great product. If you compare this product to the normal remotes, you will definitely save money on it, because you basically will be able to have multiple remotes on your phones. It is truly a great alternative to the remotes that tend to break easily when dropped. I am already on my 3rd remote due to dropping them.

Install and set up was a breeze. Days later though it’s just not working. Will open after 5th attempt, sometimes it’s issue is opening while sometimes it’s closeing that stalls. My WiFi is perfectly fine in the area, I can’t find rhyme or reason why it works sometimes and not others. I wanted so bad to love this. Pin the end I would not recommend. I was out of state needed to open garage for house sitter and the garage decided to finally open 10 mins after they left unable to access the house, then I couldn’t close it, so at midnight the poor lady was on the way back to my home to manually close my garage! Talk about annoying!!

I made the mistake of buying this for Google Home integration. It only works with the assistant, and not particularly well. It works fine with the mobile app if that is all you are looking for.
