A few more details on what is needed or what is expected to happen would be nice. Sometimes, you want to test an item without fully installing it in case it might not be compatible. Just follow the instructions blindly, step by step, and it will work.

Directions don't make sense and the app will lock up during install frequently. My recommendation is to call for help they were great at tech dupport.

This one was almost perfect. I would like to see it have the option to automatically close. Strobe light and loud beep when closings could use a volume control. But highly recommend and a great high quality buy.

Although it doesn’t support direct integration with Google, you get a free indirect limited time integration. You say “Ask MyQ to close the garage door” and google calls MyQ API to do the task. Given the price, I think it still is value for money

Other people highly recommended it, so I thought I would give it a try... The only issue was it was not compatible with my garage door opener.

I will start by saying that it was relatively easy to install however it did take me some time due to pairing issues. The device is super light almost feels cheap. If for some reason during installation you have to leave the app it has you restart the process, which is extremely annoying. At some point I had to contact support for pairing issues with my garage door, they were not very helpful. Once I finally got it all done and I look at the app I was disappointed of the functionality and design.
