Some times it will "attempt" for over a minute and then stop and I have to try to open it again.

However not compatible with all garage openers/motors. Mine is fairly new and for some reason this isn’t compatible with it. Bummer

And the revenge is awesome when u make them wait at the door to open and tell them the internet is down is very therapeutic.

Performs fine, but needed telephone setup help

Did not function remotely from the home Wi-Fi. This required phone help by technician who had to get additional help to identify an obscure setting to enable remote internet operability. Otherwise satisfactory.

Now the app won’t let me open or close it. Only thing I’m using it for now is for the notifications to let me know it’s opened or closed.

The MyQ was compatible with our garage opener, and has been a great addition to our home. We are able to open the garage from anywhere, and have piece of mind that we can check if it is closed once we are away.

We've also tried to add another user and it wipes the system clear and has to be reset again.

Relief/ piece of mind

I would always turn around and go check. Sometimes the notification lags but it does its job.
