It doesn’t work well with older genie model but it still can be used to open the door. The sensor battery doesn’t last very long so it stops reporting alerts until we change the battery.

It’s a good concept that my car garage turned into smart car garage. The bad part is does not work with amazon alexa. I would give 5 stars if it works with alexa.

For those with older garages, this is perfect. iOS app is kinda clumsy, but wish it was integrated into Apple's HomeKit so that it could be tied with Siri so that I could open the garage hands free with Siri...

Found this while shopping for replacement garage door openers. This is half the price of a replacement door opener and even better value since you can control your garage from your phone. Be sure you can reach your WiFi from the garage

Our exterior keypad for my garage door officially died. Instead of replacing that it was cheaper to add this to my opener and it is also connected to my smart home so I now can check if I left my garage door open or not after I've left the house. I like it.

Works pretty good but had some issues with the set up. I followed all the instructions but I still ended up having to call for support because it would not link to my Google Assistant.

This is great product to install when you not sure about whether you are not sure your garage door is closed or not. You can check on smart phone to close an d also tell how long it has been since open.

Easy to install, my biggest gripe is sometimes the program stalls on my phone. I bought it as it was less expensive than buying a second remote.

Sadly with all the info it was hard to find that it does not work with Genie openers made after 2016. I had to return. Otherwise, good features and easy to set up.

Love this device! Allows us to manage the garage while home or not. We have access to our daughters so they can come and go when we are not home. This has saved us a few times with deliveries or poor weather. Highly recommended!

I keep forgetting to close my garage door. or either keep wondering if I had closed it or not. with this, I can see the status and history. piece of mind

Runs on a 2.4GHz signal which is good for distance but I had to install a mesh wifi in the house for it to work consistantly. Also although it works fine with the MyQ app for iPhone and Andorid. You will need to buy an aditional device to use Siri to open your garage because this device did not build it in. Additionally if you want to use google home to use your voice to open the door you will have to establish an extra paid for account to do so through your google home account. It's a lose lose for voice control either way you pay more for another device or a subscription depending on your platform.

I have a hard time remembering if I closed the garage door & have called my neighbors to check the door. With this product I can have peace of mind & my neighbors will not laugh at me any more!!!!!!

Purchased after Thanksgiving. Was only $20 each so I bought two plus I used my BB rewards for additional discounts. So far so good. Happy with them.

This would have been great if it has a flexibility to be controlled through Alexa and/or similar smart innovations. Otherwise it’s a must have and very handy if you’re a homeowner with a garage.

Works great as a stand alone garage door opener/notification tool. Third party pairing is a little convoluted

I love this. I have it set to auto close in the morning and night just in case we forget to close it. The phone app is great too. I can let people in while I am still at work. I love it. No complaints

My only complaint is that my garage door opener on one of my cars no longer works. I have three cars, and the two older cars work, but I can't get the app to work and the car to work at the same time.

Used to have the MyQ controlling two garages doors in my old house. The system endured really low temperatures (WI), no problems. I programmed the doors to auto close after a certain time open. That was great! This new system is in place for less than 2 months. The door sensor is always sending false information about door open to the hub (yes, I even replaced the battery), which requires a simple annoying press of the sensor button to reset the status. I also lost (WHY?) the functionality that initially made me decide for the MyQ: auto closing the door after a preprogrammed delay.
