In the end, it's a roller that goes up and down your back, plus a neck massager that would be better if you could adjust the width. It doesn't do anything impressive with regards to adjusting to your specific spinal curvature, so some spots will feel more effective than others. But it does feel good, it's easy to use, and it's well designed. It just isn't worth any more than $300.

The thing was quite a bit heavier than we had expected, but it seems exceptionally sturdy and well constructed. Most importantly, it delivers what it promises in loosening up overworked muscles and even helped relieve my sciatica pain. The price is a bit steep, but if it saves me from missing activities due to back or neck pain, it's totally worth it.

Amazing massager! Relief after one use. Got knots out I didn’t know I had. I was hesitant because of the price but it’s well worth it and will save me thousands in massages elsewhere.

So I initially got this for my husband who has been suffering with lower back pain- his job is the cause as he lifts all day and goes under things and is hunched over so when he comes home and sits down it’s been impossible for him to get up. I tried everything and honestly this gave him such relief, we heard about it because the first thing we got from chirp was the TENS pads and he swears by those but this every night even on the soft relax setting really helps. So I decided to try it to see and wow! My whole back cracked when it went on the rolling setting - and I don’t even have back issues! So I waited to write this review and had a few friends tested out- now one of them is actually buying it. So I can actually confidently say that you should give it a try. I wish they had the beige like the chirp website but I went with Best Buy because I have the total tech membership- I’ve never really used it and I sure do hope they cover something should anything happen to this. Anyway I definitely give it 5 stars and I decided to also review because it sucks seeing fake reviews out there. Oh and definitely try the TENS pads from chirp (my friend had an Amazon brand that was so aggressive and painful) but the chirp brand is pretty cool and adjustable to fit your needs. So that combined with this and I think your back issues will slowly go away… I hope :)

Great for daily or weekly use. Have two herniated discs and disc trauma to a third. Flare ups have been more consistent the past couple of years. I’ve been to PT, OT, chiropractors. I found that for me, decompression worked best for me. Had a very bad episode half a year ago. Went to a new chiropractic office that is highly regarded. The program was great, but cost thousands. Had another small flare up a month ago, and it’s been persistent. Saw this go on sale, went ahead and purchased. The relief it provides allows me actually stretch. I use this every morning after exercising and stretching. Waking up much less stiff and able to stand up straight.

Very simple to use and the quality seems to be really good. Using daily for 17 days with great results.

It works straight out of the box, simple to adjust to the user. I have run a few times and feeling a bit more flexibility in my back.

Great device and easy to set up and use. Comes with 3 interchangeable rollers and I will likely purchase the other two types available.

This Chirp Contour compression table was amazing while it worked. I purchased in January 2026 and it stopped working in mid April 2026. No power, no movement, NOTHING!! I did not expect to spend $500 on this device only for it to work for 4 months. Now, because I did not enroll in a service plan with my purchase, I have to reach out to Chirp directly to resolve the matter. Chirp is only available via phone or email M-F, 9-5 MT. This makes it challenging to resolve the matter on such a high ticketed item. We'll see what they offer for resolution options at this point, I'm highly disappointed as the device was amazing while it was functional. Wish me luck....

Got this for the wife and she loves it. It gets used multiple times a day. It's a solid build, light weight to move around, put to the side so it's not in the way, and easy to operate. Decent options for attachments. Buying another one for Pops!

Awesome item for anyone who experiences general back pain and wants to save money on chiropractic or massage services. The settings and features allow you to tailor your experience to your height. It’s really comfortable and alleviates general pain and tension. I work from home so this really helps after a long day of sitting at my desk. Alittle pricey but it’s a really great product.

My dad loves it. It was a birthday gift for him and he’s older and has back pain and he says this really helps!

Does what is advertised to do! It gets the neck and back like a foam roller would, but with less effort.

I was delightfully, surprised how good it felt on my sore traps. Even with the soft rollers, there’s enough pressure to get a lot of relief.

Does work really well. Someone who cant stand alot of pressure on their back may not benefit from this. Hard to get up after but have more mobility than when i lay down

Downgrading from a giant, fully equipped massage chair to this due to moving into a smaller place here. I will say that self care is vital and this baby has saved me from many aches and pains recently. If you position yourself just right, it will crack you right where you need it. I love it so far!
