Chirp - Contour Decompression & Massage Table with Rolling and Kneading Massagers - Slate

Picked up the Chirp Contour to help with back pain and muscle tightness after my long runs and workouts, and it’s been a game-changer. This thing is basically like having a chiropractor’s decompression table at home - the rollers move up and down your spine, massaging those tight erector muscles that get so sore after intense training. Love that it comes with three interchangeable rollers (soft, contour, and deep tissue) so I can adjust the intensity based on how beat up I’m feeling. The BackTrack technology automatically adjusts the roller height and pressure based on your body size, which is great since I don’t have to fiddle with settings every time. The heat therapy feature integrated into the fabric helps loosen things up even more. Setup is super easy - just plug it in and use the wired remote to choose between Warm-Up, Recovery, or Relax modes. At only 22 lbs, it’s light enough to store under the bed or in a closet when not in use. Fits heights from 5’ to 6’5” and supports up to 250 lbs. Only downside is the price point, but considering what chiropractor visits cost, it pays for itself pretty quickly. Definitely worth it for anyone dealing with chronic back tension from working out or sitting at a desk all day.

I purchased this when it was on sale for Best Buy TotalRewards Members after seeing coupons and brochures about the Chirp Contour at events all summer, that was a dynamite purchase. The different rollers for your back do a wonderful job for me, 6’1, 190 lbs, avid cyclist but working in a lab, my back and neck are feeling the walking on concrete 5+ miles at work every day. The 3 different settings and multiple rollers have worked wonders for me in my first week with the Chirp. I like the contour roller setting and the contour roller the best so far as it really gets my lower back well as well as kneading my neck. I may eventually get the additional rollers when Chirp gets them back in stock, but so far after trying out the 3 different rollers and multiple modes and settings, it has worked well for me so far. i made a few adjustments to make the neck and back line up slightly better, as it almost git me perfectly out of the box. The remote works well, although i wish it had a little more contrast so o could aee the buttons better in a lower light room, but I can see everything well in the light. The heat settings work well and don’t cook me on the roller too much. Overall thos has been beneficial to my 5000 mile a year cycling routine, as my back and neck need the massage rolling, and the Chirp Contour does the trick so far! Exploring the various settings I got it dialed in very quickly. I do recommend this as it is easier than a foam roller, and much cheaper than a month of daily massages.

The Chirp Contour Decompression & Massage Table is a serious piece of personal wellness equipment. I was very impressed the first time I used it by the quality and the various functions it offers the user. It reminds me of the massage chairs at my local gym, but this a flat table that you place on the floor. I set it on top of a yoga mat in my living room and use it to massage my neck and back. It's like having your own personal masseuse! The table comes with a few different interchangeable back rollers, a heat function, and a corded remote that allows you to customize your massage session. While it's not cheap and can't be folded up for easy storage, if you can afford it and have the floor space to use it, and if you suffer from back pain or neck stiffness, then the Chirp Contour is a fantastic product that can take the place of costly professional massage sessions.

The Chirp Contour Decompression and Massage Table is an excellent addition to the Chirp lineup. Unboxing and setup – The Chirp Contour is nicely packed and well protected. Nothing arrived damaged. Setup is quick and intuitive. It is operated with a hardwired remote; although a wireless remote would have been a nice upgrade. It supports a height between 5’0” - 6’5” and weight up to 250 lbs. It comes with 3 interchangeable rollers including soft, contour, and deep tissue. They are stored inside the unit beneath the cushioned seat. To switch between the rollers, select the change rollers button on the bottom of the remote. This moves the roller mechanism to the base allowing easy access. Just pop out the roller you want to remove and click in the new roller. Mine came with the contour roller installed but after trying all of them my overall favorite is the soft roller. Performance (neck) – The neck massage position can be adjusted up or down based on your height to maximize comfort. This location can be saved by selecting a profile in the top right corner of the remote. The direction of the rollers can be changed between clockwise and counterclockwise. I find the counterclockwise setting to be more comfortable/relaxing. One big oversight by Chirp is that you cannot change the width of the neck rollers. Based on my neck size the rollers are a little too close together for optimal comfort. Performance (back) – The back massage has 3 preset massage options including roll, decompress, and target. When roll is selected you can adjust the pressure it uses as it slides up and down the spine. The decompress mode oscillates up and down as it moves along the spine, and this is by far my favorite mode. The target mode does just what is sounds like – allows you to adjust the rollers to a specific area of the back with the same roller movement used in decompress mode. Lastly, there is a heat option which works really well. It heats up fast and helps my muscles relax. Storage – It measures 43 inches tall x 22 inches wide x 7 inches deep. It has a nice carry handle and only weighs 22 pounds. There is a pocket on the side to store the remote and the wall adapter fits inside the device in a space next to the rollers. Overall, I really like the Chirp Contour. I have been using it daily and have noticed a big difference in my baseline neck and back pain. I highly recommend.
