I’ve been using this red light therapy pad for a few weeks and I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use. The wrap design makes it convenient because I can wear it while relaxing on the couch, reading, or watching TV. The combination of red light and near infrared light feels very comfortable and relaxing. One unexpected bonus is that my pets are obsessed with it too! My dog always comes over and wants to lay next to me when I’m using it. It has become part of our little relaxation routine at home.
