Arivea - Red Light Therapy Pad for Body, Wearable Near Infrared Light Therapy Wrap with 660nm & 850nm LEDs - Black

I’ve been using this red light therapy pad for a few weeks and I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use. The wrap design makes it convenient because I can wear it while relaxing on the couch, reading, or watching TV. The combination of red light and near infrared light feels very comfortable and relaxing. One unexpected bonus is that my pets are obsessed with it too! My dog always comes over and wants to lay next to me when I’m using it. It has become part of our little relaxation routine at home. I also like that it’s lightweight, flexible, and doesn’t take up much space compared to larger light therapy devices. The adjustable straps make it easy to use on different areas of the body. Overall, it’s a great wellness device for everyday relaxation, and I’m happy I added it to my home routine.

Since my early 30’s, I’ve dealt with back pain to varying degrees. So I have necessarily learned methods to manage it, though most leave me wanting more relief. So, you can imagine my delight when LED tech became affordable in the recovery and relief spaces. I had sampled some other LED devices before I purchased this one, but my expectations were still very much exceeded - I did not expect such effectiveness in soreness relief. Not only has it left me with less pain to manage, in general, but I have actually been able to increase the frequency of my workouts over the past couple of weeks as a result of adding this as a consistent part of my routine.

I started red light with 1 from the N co that is thinner, smaller, and lights warm and it doesn't feel like it goes deep. I'm very happy with this Arivea pad. It's thicker, lights are bigger, and I can feel the heat under my skin& feels like it gets deeper into my muscle. I do sweat a little using this, as it just sits on top of my skin. Also, I took a chance on it when it was on sale, so I got it at a great price!
