Not for everyone. My son’s therapist has her lower spine hernieted on like 3 or 4 discs and she can’t stand to be on the table. Me on the other side I am falling asleep on it

This product is amazing. In just the couple weeks of owning it, my back is already feeling better. The decompression mode feels great and has provided much needed relief.

This is a must have for anyone with back pain issues. The decompression with heat mode is incredible and I am thankful there is a product out there, that is affordable, and works as well as this does.

If I could rate this decompression and massage table 6 stars I would do it. I personally like the largest size roller and am a relatively small female. My husband prefers the smallest roller and is 6' tall and 165 lbs. I guess some people are more sensitive than others. It's definitely nice to have options to satisfy others in the household that would also use it. The only things that could make it better is if it had the option for shiatsu on the upper back. My husband and I both love this purchase. It is a Christmas present to ourselves.

Massager works as advertised, especially after you save profiles to the device for height adjustments. Works great for post and pre workouts.

Great for relaxing at the end of the day. Neck massage and heat are a great bonus.

this is a good back massager. but not so much as a neck massager. And i have to admit chirp has relieved me of some back pains. My only gripe is when the neck and back massager is on, i find myself lifting my torso up to jam my neck towards the kneeding neck massager. Rendering the back massager useless. i wish you can adjust it more higher, height wise to hit that spot.
