Good product

It cracks your back…
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is way overpriced. Its some wheels with hastily glued foam on the outside. It was not high quality, and looked homemade by someone lazy. I returned them.

Nice Exercise Equipment!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an aging adult female who is interested in trying to be at my best from a physical perspective, this chirp wheel comes right on time to help me accomplish my fitness goals. Firstly, I really like the design as it is unique. At first try, I experienced a little back discomfort as this can be attributed to my getting used to the wheel. My lower back does stiffen quite regularly, so this wheel is helping in keeping my back from stiffing up. I appreciate that the wheel comes in 3 different sizes. Mainly, I have used the larger wheel, but with time, I am sure that I will incorporate all 3 wheels into my fitness regime. My hat goes off to manufacturing something that is simple, but produces great results!

Three great sizes for rolling out knots.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the three pack Chirp wheel for about a week and overall I like it. It is very easy to use and the three size package allowed me to choose the level of pressure/intensity when using the product. The largest wheel had the softest intensity, but was a bit harder to use while maintaining my balance. The middle wheel was my favorite. It was the perfect height for someone my size (5’5) and I felt the perfect amount of pressure to roll out the kinks/knots in my back. I felt so much relief after using it and I didn't feel any subsequent soreness or pain, which I would get while using a normal foam roller. The smallest wheel is made for deep tissue intensity, but surprisingly has just enough cushioning to be used comfortably. I found that all three wheels worked great on my back, but the smallest wheel also worked great as a back support resource. Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for an alternative to a foam roller and an effective at-home resource to help relieve their tight back muscles.

Better already have good core strength!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Chirp Wheel(s) are exactly what I was hoping they would be! The three sizes really help get a good stretch. The largest is the easiest to use, but requires the most balance and I think the most core strength. I didn't realize how much I had slipped in that department. Would definitely recommend using on a firm flooring, not carpet. The smaller wheels are really nice to get a bit deeper into the muscle and work out any soreness. My wife has the Planet Fitness roller and while it is nice that it is wide, I don't care for the spikes that are to simulate a kneading technique. To me it just hurts the skin. She tried out the Chirp and likes the largest wheel for the stretch, but does still prefer the Planet Fitness version with the spikes, whereas, I prefer the smallest chirp wheel to achieve that deeper massage into the muscle. The only downside to the Chirp Wheels are the foam/rubber material is highly attractive of dirt/hair/dust. So when you are rolling on it, it will cover your cotton shirt in hair, etc. My floor wasn't as clean as I thought. I used it on basement floor covered in LVP, so I'm thinking a carpeted floor would grab quite a bit. It doesn't discourage me from using, but just know you may need a good lint rolling session or just change shirts.

Great if it works
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So admittedly, it works for me. I love that it cracks my back and has really helped with some back pain that I have been dealing with forever. There is a bit of a learning curve. I first tried just using it like a foam roller but balancing yourself and the placement takes a bit getting used to. Once I got that down, it really felt good for me. I got my back cracking and stretched out. I was hoping to stretch out my back in the area between the shoulder blades but it is alot more difficult than I thought. I thought it being narrow enough to be between my shoulders would suffice but it has surprisingly been hard. All in all, stretching out the lower and mid back works great but upper and neck is difficult. It does feel different from a foam roller. I think it actually provides a different type of stretching so I use both based on the occasion. The Chirp wheels really help with the paraspinal areas (the muscles around the spine). There is some abdominal muscle and neck muscle discomfort when you use the wheels because you have to use those muscles as you stretch. Be aware of this. I actually had some soreness in those muscles because I haven't really worked those out in a long time. Consider it a workout! That being said, not everyone seems to enjoy the benefits. Some of my family members have tried it without the benefits. They use it the exact same way and don't seem to feel the relief. So definitely not for everyone. Additionally, there is some concern over its durability. Mine have held out fine for now but enough people online seem to have had some issues with them breaking that I believe there are real durability issues. In addition, there are some quality control issues. Some of the foam does seem to not be as adherent to the plastic part so I am worried about it coming off with continued use. All in all, it works for some. It doesn't provide as much thoracic relief as I hoped but definitely a good supplement for anyone looking for some back stretching.

sturdy!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I frequently suffer from back pain and the Chirp wheel+ has been great! It comes with 3 sizes, the smallest delivers the most pressure while the largest is the least. I use the large and medium ones the most to roll my back out. They are very well made with a mint colored sturdy plastic and a black foam layer on the outside for comfort and stability. They fit nicely inside each other for easy storage. I've used other wheels to help with back pain and stretching and these are by far my favorite!

This is literally a back saver
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I suffer from chronic back pain and this thing is a life saver!!! I started using it daily for may be 5 minutes and slowly increased the duration to about 15 mins. It stretches and pulls me just enough that it relieves the stiffness and keeps the pain away. Does a great job of popping my back as well which brings great relief. I use the wheel at home and it is great for many poses. It seems to be a very high quality product & feels and looks professional. I tried the wheel the first day it arrived and felt the back stretching effects the very next day. I have a bad back and it’s help stretching the back in a correct form with support to the lower and upper back, it also serves as a posture corrector, it’s very helpful achieving a correct full bridge pose without pains. I personally use it to practice backbends and inversions, but it can also be used for improving balance, stretching out your hamstrings, strengthening your core, and a lot more. It comes with three wheels with 6", 10" & 12" size. They are all 5" wide and are tested up to 500 lbs weight limit. Another good thing about them is that they are 100% PVC free. Not only the large wheel is great for stretching the back. But the smallest wheel, it is so versatile. The wheels allow me to get deeper stretches in my flows and the smallest wheel can be used similarly to a foam roller. The sizing is just spot on for my body. With the three different options, I ALWAYS have something for my level of flexibility in stretches. If you're not exactly sure how to use it, you can find a bunch of Youtube videos with exercise demonstrations if you need more guidance. My advice is to breathe through it. Take slow, deep breaths whenever you feel tension and hold that position for at least 30 seconds, it may seem like and eternity but trust me, it helps. Start with the bigger one and work your way down. I use this religiously and it has helped me so much. It took me about one week of daily use to notice a difference in my back. I can’t tell enough people about this, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who has chronic back pain. Unless you already do a lot of yoga, you will probably feel silly and off-balance at first, but I highly recommend you keep at it. Durability wise I haven’t had any problems. This bad boy gets between 25-30 minutes of daily use between my wife and my own use and there have been no issues. The great thing about these wheels is that they are just the right size and hardness. They are hard enough to cause things to move and open up yet not too hard that would cause pain or injury. Overall I really like this product & would recommend it.
