I have combated lower back pain for my entire adult life. I take medication occasionally, when it gets a little out of control but these things have changed my life. In combination with prescribed stretches I do every day, this makes working a desk job easier. I highly recommend it to everyone- not just people with back pain. My wife, for example, also loves it. Just make sure you use it as suggested.

If you have a tight back, or often feel like your spine could use some small adjustments, this package is a great deal. It works, first time I did feel my back crack some. The key is to get in a routine of doing it daily. I start with the large one and work my way down. I don't have a problem balancing on it but some family and friends do. I am a thin guy so I feel like it does not work as well as it would for someone heaver. My biggest complain would be price, $100 for plastic and rubber - $50 seems more reasonable.
