I’ve had general back pain, especially lower back pain since my c section 2016 at the site of my epidural. The chirp wheel pack includes three sizes of wheels. I’ve used all three for my back pain and have seen that each has reduced back pain within one to three days after use. I had to look at several videos to figure out the use of the chirp wheels. I’m honestly still not sure which to use for types of back pain, but overall they’ve been useful for eliminating back pain.

It has become part of my great morning routine. Stretching the back has never felt this good. I recommend it, especially the 6inch in diameter roller.

Used it a few times, and personally, just in my opinion, being a big guy and also having my sister try it as well and she’s not so big. We both agree that the wheels are too skinny. We were expecting a similar width effect as a foam roller. You have to angle your body in a particular way to get the most effect, similar to being on a bench doing a bench press and having to be right in the middle. Even trying the varying sizes, could get the right feel. It’s hard to explain. It’s worth trying if you want to, but it’s personally not my ideal solution.

So I tried not to go into this expecting a miracle, but I was hoping for major back pain and pressure relief. At first I wasn't even sure if I was using it correctly, but I followed the instructions,, watch videos, and confirmed I was. After using this consistently here are my pros and cons: PROS -Comes in three sizes for different levels of pressure - Includes instructions for how to use each roller -Sturdy material CONS -Ineffective with the upper back/shoulder area - Somewhat uncomfortable; I would have liked more flexible material - You need to be able to balance well on your own prior to using this Again, it has its pros and cons, but for my primary back problems, which occur in the upper back and shoulders area, this was not much help, but lower back may be more useful.

I really didn't like this device. I picked this up because it was advertised as helping with back pain. I'm no stranger to yoga and foam rollers, and I thought that this would be right up my alley. I was wrong. First, they're too narrow. They claim that they're narrow to help target your back better. I found that it just made it harder to keep my balance. Second, they're hard plastic with only a very thin layer of foam. The foam feels fragile, and you can hardly feel any texture to it. I have absolutely no doubt that the foam will tear right off within a year's worth of use. Third, none of the three ring sizes feel "right." The smaller size feels too small, the large size feels too large, and the medium size . . . also feels too large. I really regret having gotten this. I don't recommend this at all.
