These aren’t the most comfortable product to roll your back on but they’ve seemed to prevent ongoing pain. There’s a learning curve and I’ll admit, I don’t use them regularly. However, I’ve used them multiple times after yard work and laboring in the garage, including lifting heavy boxes. Normally I’d be left with a sore or stiff back for multiple days. Since getting the Chirp wheels, I force myself to use at least one to roll out and stretch my back later the same day. If I can tolerate it, I work my way down to the smaller wheel. I don’t spend much time on them because I don’t want to further irritate my back, I just roll until I feel like I’ve opened up my back. Sometimes it pops, other times it doesn’t. The real test is how I feel when I get up the next morning. Rather than pain or stiffness, I either have little or no stiffness at all. It’s definitely an improvement compared to past experiences so I’ll continue to use these.

I've spent years having my wife walk on my back to take out the tension I feel. With these wheels, i get all the relief without having to ask for help! Easy to use and always have the perfect level of relief with the three wheels!

These things work great to realign and stretch the back out when you feel sore or out of place. Mine sounded like popcorn the first time n it was instant pain relief after having days of back n leg pain. A bit pricy but worth it if they last a few years.

These have been great for my back, a much more targeted foam roller device.

I've been using the middle size and it works great. I've used it almost daily for about 3 minutes per day. At first, I felt lopsided! But after 1-2 weeks of use, the muscles along the left side of my spine relaxed. I've also had some issues with my middle back and the chirp wheel seems to do the trick.

I’ve had this going on 6 months now and it has been great… It definitely takes getting used to, but stick with it and you’ll find it gets easier to control. If I were to purchase this again, I would probably just buy the smaller wheel since I use it the most and tends to help with deeper tissue like I need, especially in the shoulders. But I do use the largest wheel at times for a longer stretch. It does help relieve and reduce back pain and pressure that I’ve experienced in my lower back and the small wheel is perfect for travel as I can even pack it solo in a duffel bag for a weekend trip. The mid-size wheel is fine, but I find myself using the largest or smallest wheel for greater range most of the time. I definitely recommend trying at least one of them.

Excellent product for at home back pain and stiffness relief. Working on computers and phones "tech neck" in a prolonged forward posture resulting in pain and stiffness. This product allows the user to work out the body in extension. Very gentle to use.

Hard as heck to get on when ur chunky. But once u manage to figure it out and balance ur big butt on it, it actually works. I use the big and medium ones mostly and they stretch out my back enough that i can walk upright again. I have narrowing disc space and osteoarthritis in my lower back. Only downside is, when you have this issue it hurts to sit on hard surfaces like the ground. And its hard to get up off the ground. Luckily, the results are good enough to still have an impact after the fact.

These work great. I use them betwern chiropractor visits to keep myself aligned. My dad used one and immediately started shopping for his own.

Great at stretching and relaxing your back muscles. Different sizes do make a difference. Does the job if your willing to pay a little higher price tag.

Still trying them out, have only had for 2 days. So far, so good. No popping of my back yet, but I can certainly feel the benefit of the stretching and massage.

Myself and significant other have been having back pain, so we decided to give this a try. I’m so glad we did! They’re very easy to use and the stretch that it gives you is very nice.

Great product. Really helped with my boyfriends back pain. He said this worked much better for him since it has the groove for his spine.

Another last minute purchase that has now become one of the staples to my day!! I could not live without these. If you have an achy back or are a crack (back) addict, then just teust me and grab these. So worth the price and savings from the chiro!!

Well made and easy to use. Worked as described. More expensive than lower quality copycat wheels.

These things really work well and help to stretch out tight back muscles. The different sizes help to fine tune the area that needs stretched.

Great product and really allows for greater extension than a traditional foam roller. Balancing initially could be challenging for some but it is very effective when the sweet spot is found

I was worried about this product being just like all the other “help with your low back pain” products. But this truly has given me the relief in my lower back i havent felt in years. The very first time using it the popping that came from my back was some true ASMR.

I had a basic foam roller for a while and loved cracking my back with it, so i loved having 3 size options on these. balance takes a little bit to get used to because they're so narrow, not definitely not a problem

Feels great on back. Easy to use. Helps with pain and to heal.
