Easy to use. Great relief from spinal tightness and soreness

They are easy to use and work pretty good. I like to use all three sizes.

These wheels take a little getting used to but are they worth it! My back hasn't felt this good in years. Not only does my back feel better but my daily headache is gone as well. I started with the larger one and then went to the middle one which is the one I use most frequently. Excellent purchase.

Was skeptical at first about rolling on the to help my back. Reality is it helps provide a good stretch of the back muscle and releases all the stiffness.

Bought this set plus the smaller one. Great quality but the larger wheels take some getting used to. Best suggestion is to start small and work your way up. We enjoy the small neck one sold separately the most.

Takes some time to get used to, but it does help me to ease some of my back pain especially in my upper back/shoulders. It's really important to be as relaxed as possible for best results.

I kinda felt like these were a gimmick but I have to admit there awesome. I fell and messed up my back on ice and it hasn’t been right for a year now. Even with a inversion table. I worked my way from the large wheel to the smallest and I got a crack that was in my soul. Feels great now

I like the option to have different sizes to roll your back with. Maybe just a little more padding to help with the hard shell that is surrounding the roller would help make it more enjoyable.

This product was easy to store, works on any person( just choose the size) and the rubber looks hard but feels soft

Wow this is an amazing piece of medical equipment. It’s so easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow. I got it for my fiancés back and it’s been doing wonders on the days he can’t get to our favorite chiropractor.

My hubby and I have been using this now for a few days and it just feels really good. Like super good. You roll on them and just relax your body and hips and occasionally you’ll get a nice “pop.” Looking forward to using it more and more!

Price was low 8n comparison to buying them individually. My back has several discs in the middle of back that wouldn't release without going to a chiropractor. This works perfectly for that and you can feel the ligaments stretching around them

Great design, good quality, not necessary though. I do like the concept, used it for a couple of weeks in every kind of way with every wheel. Was going to use it for my clients (im a trainer). Well turns out you can stick with a cheap foam roller, become educated on how to foam roll, and youll get the same result. So great product...just not necessary to spend this much money. I put it on the same level as a vibrating foam roller. Feels good? Yes. Do i need it? No.
