The biggest wheel cracks my mid and upper back. The other two do nothing for me. They advertise they do lower too but I don’t see how without hurting myself more. They also advertise they can help posture. Again, I am not sure how. The only thing that has helped me with my posture is me, and focusing on correct posture. You also have to be careful when using that you don’t tip over and hurt your back even more as well. Having the wheel fall to the side when you’re on it and landing on it isn’t the best feeling I’ve ever experienced.

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. On days my back really hurts or just when it’s tight I love rolling out and hearing my back pop like crazy.
