I have watched tutorials on how to use them. The biggest wheel cracks my mid and upper back. The other two do nothing for me. They advertise they do lower too but I don’t see how without hurting myself more. They also advertise they can help posture. Again, I am not sure how. The only thing that has helped me with my posture is me, and focusing on correct posture. You also have to be careful when using that you don’t tip over and hurt your back even more as well. Having the wheel fall to the side when you’re on it and landing on it isn’t the best feeling I’ve ever experienced.

Great design, good quality, not necessary though. I do like the concept, used it for a couple of weeks in every kind of way with every wheel. Was going to use it for my clients (im a trainer). Well turns out you can stick with a cheap foam roller, become educated on how to foam roll, and youll get the same result. So great product...just not necessary to spend this much money. I put it on the same level as a vibrating foam roller. Feels good? Yes. Do i need it? No.

I heard about these a while ago and just found them at BestBuy! I’m extremely happy with this purchase. On days my back really hurts or just when it’s tight I love rolling out and hearing my back pop like crazy.

This product is a game changer to stretching and massaging the back. I quickly added stretching with the Chirp to my morning routine.

Great for back relief and exercises. Not meant for everyone since a friend of mine tried it out and wasn’t satisfied, but I like using it from time to time. This product should cost no more than $70.

Really good test of your core strength. Does a great job of cracking my back and stretching everything. I would recommend this unless you have a back injury. It could be pretty painful.

Purchased to help with chronic back and shoulder pain for my husband and I. It helps stretch out my spine in ways I never imagined, ive noticed that it has helped with my balance a bit as well.

The wheels realy help with my back pain. I start with small one and work up to big one. After a workout I feel much better and ready to take a walk.
