Great Invertor

And this Cobra inverter made the trip out of State a breeze. I was able to charge and had the option to use it in a emergency for other gadgets also. Perfect for a Emergency.

As soon at you turn turn it on and plug the charger in it beeps and goes into power failure mode. Also made my laptop power pack should like it was sizzeling. The raiting on my power supply was 200w so I got a 500w inverter. Might be ok for small devices but not for larger electronics.

PLUG DOES STAY IN! GARBAGE!

What is with China and always making garbage products? This is made in China and I recommend do not buy this at all! The Chinese can never get this stuff right. The simplest things they screw up. Chinese products, especially this, is garbage. You cannot use it, especially in a moving car, because the outlet plug does not stay in the socket. It keeps beeping and it stays on only if you hold it in there or just by pure luck. The moment you touch it, it comes out.

Posted .Most likely the issue was due to the vehicle CLA jack dimensions are out of tolerance causing a loose or intermittent connection to the power inverter. An improved solution is to hardwire the inverter directly to the cars battery which will allow for the inverter to operate at it's full rated AC output level.
