Same thing: USB-C doesn’t work. And this one also has a bad connection on the wiring harness for 12v cigarette lighter outlet. Power to unit cuts out unless the wire is positioned just right at the plug. Have to repeatedly bend the wire to the side of the connector to get power to the unit. As for the USB-C, there is nothing wrong with the cable(s) I used. They work just fine with other devices. I just purchased another different brand from Best Buy and everything on it works like it’s supposed to, including USB-C. I’ll be returning this Cobra to Best Buy also and getting a refund.

Okay power... Could use some improvements..

While running the laptop, starting the vehicle makes the voltage drop (obviously) and the inverter beeps continuously (even after the vehicle is running). If you disconnect whatever you have plugged in (or turn the inverter off) before starting the vehicle, it avoids this. It would be nice to have a "self-healing" feature. I plan to buy the remote for this so I can tuck it away behind the dash in my truck.

Nice little power inverter.

This inverter is great. Easily fits in the center console of my truck and doesn’t take up much space. Plug and play!
