I bought it for grandson to plug his Xbox up and his small tv. It has two different ways to supply power to it. If use both plugs at the same time and you are using the cigarette lighter adapter you will higher voltage cigarette light plug. You can also hard wire to battery and mount it somewhere in well ventilated place in vehicle.
