    Bought for my wife, she loves it. It picks up radar before you come over hills and turns. Only problem is the software that came with does not work well.

    This is worth the $$, has cut down on false reads, when this detector goes off I see the police within a mile of the radar alert!

    it is very loud which is good. but there are many false alerts from a variety of sources including garage door openers. the screen is auto dimmed and difficult to see when dimmed and lights up when it alerts. the resting screen is a pinging line like nightrider Kit car. neat but distracting
