I have used the radar detector on long trips and just my everyday commute. I think it works good and is budget friendly.

This is my third detector I’ve owned and thus far my favorite, I’ve received a few false alerts but you literally have to be driving past the Walmart’s front door on k band, other than that this things amazing and has saved me 100 times already.

Easy to use and mount. The detector signal goes off before I can see any source. The volume is nice and loud so I hear it over music, or open windows on the highway. The power cord is long enough to reach from the power outlet, up and around the A-pillar and out to the windshield for a nice hidden install.

Very simple to use and understand. I got this for a trip and loved it! Picks up radar with enough time to slow down. I use the suction mount and the only drawback with that is it sometimes comes off. There is another mount included though. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Works better than my old Cobra 12 band radar detector. I live in California so I would not buy an expensive radar detector as law enforcement is switching to another band. So buy this one for now as it is cheap and wait for newer ones to come out.

This unit works just as it should it has a very good range and should hopefully keep everyone out of trouble

Bought this as an entry level detector, for basic highway driving. Decent distance, does a great job of telling you the type of radar it catches and love the announcing it does. Easy to use and at least for me, minimal "noise" from the little bit I've used it in town.

Great device for the price!!! I bought a radar detector for $5.00 at a garage sale and it was exactly the same kind! That radar detector was the BEST purchase of ANY electronic device for me in my entire life!! I did not know if it was even in good working condition, but for $5.00..... Anyway fast forward about 5 1/2 years later it finally gave out... so that is why I did buy the radar detector from my Best Buy in okc.... Your company was the only place that carried the same one & had it in store for purchase!! So, Thanks again

I had to make a trip from TX to La and my old detector was kaput. I bought this one last minute based upon the price and that I didn't intentionally plan on speeding. For the most part the detector did OK; however, at one point I passed a patrol car sitting in the median of the highway and didn't get any indication from the detector. I have to assume that there was any radar to detect and that the patrol car was more of a deterrent. The reading material suggest that the higher you have the detector on the windshield, the better your results will be. As I travel I will update my post with results. Buckle up and no speeding!

I have owned several Cobra radar detectors over the years. I bought this unit for my girlfriend as a birthday present and personally like this one better than the $200 Cobra i have now, that i bought last year. It gets a lot less false alerts than mine, and i will probably be buying another one in the spring for my work car.

I bought this replacing my cobra 360 degree laser but I definitely like my older one better. This is great and everything but maybe it just didn’t grow on me like the 360 degree radar did. It just it was a 3-4 years old but I hardly use this one. I might buy a Escort next but still reviewing others before I make a purchase..

So far he seems to like it. He uses it all the time. Think I made a great choice

It works well, doesn't recognize when the radar is off but that is expected.

This is an awesome purchase as I do a lot of traveling and it has saved me a lot of money lol

It's a good Radar and Laser Detector, but there are a many false beeping

I haven’t had it that long but it does pick up on pretty much everything it describes.

I purchased this radar, it works great and is easy to install. I love simplicity so if you're looking for a simple radar this is it. I loved the price, it was not too pricy. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
