I bought the Compustar DC3 and this Q9C Remote with Drone and had Best Buy install it. This Q9C is the best remote that offers long range two way notifications with a screen and did not require a rechargeable battery. I specifically chose this model because it was not a rechargeable remote. I just pop a battery in and keep going. The AAA battery lasts easily 3-4 months
This remote is very responsive and over the last 9months I have not had any issues. When i remote start my car i get a vibrate and tone confirmation.
the Drone mobile was great and really made the purchase a no brainer
i had to by a T-Harness for my Genesis G80 to pair with the DC3, i think it was an "HK8". Best Buy didnt have it instock. this provided a full digital set up that the Genesis requires, cant use an analog alarm/remote start set up.
