My friend is a hardcore gamer and loves the headset. He does both PC and PS4 gaming. Great sound output from what he tells me. He's also a Corsair fan so there might be some bias to it. Can't comment on the mic quality, but it was a solid build. Considering the price point, this was a decent headset.

Good headset, but...

If you go into the iCue app on the computer and set headphones to "Dolby" you'll get atmos out of it. I connected discord and my partner said i sounded like a robot. It seems like a common problem but it's an easy fix. Go to sound, input properties, advanced and set quality from "telephone" to "DVD." Applied settings and works like a charm. Great sound and headphones for the price!

Absolutely love this headset

The bass is spectacular. The directional abilities in gaming are wonderful. It is much easier to figure out where a bullet is being shot from. I love the ability to turn the mic off on the headset. It really is a wonderful headset I bought one for myself and I bought one for my son who games
