Not the GPS one expects

Get Peace of Mind Knowing Where Your Stuff Is
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup. You can start your subscription to the cellular service same day and it starts immediately. Worked just fine inside of a metal walled trailer. Occasionally there's a loss of contact if it moves outside of cell towers, but also during if your own paired phone is off or on airplane mode so beware of that. Battery life lasted 7 days with constant driving every day and 10 minute update frequency. Charging only takes about 2 hours and you can extend it's battery life with an external battery or just wire a 5v adapter into your vehicles electrical harness. It's a little bit smaller than a credit card and about as thick as a pencil so easy to hide.

Great Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up returning this product only because I made the mistake of ordering the model that was not magnetic, which is what I needed. I did try the product however before exchanging it for the one I needed, and I can honestly say that it worked way better than I thought it would due to the reasonable price. It was accurate, timely, and the app tracked locations, stops, time spent at each location, and stores it all in a log. It’s a quality product for an excellent price!

Easy to use, accurate, live vehicle/etc. tracking.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Cube Vehicle GPS Tracker (The Cube) allows you to track your vehicle as well as other important items that you would want to find quickly. Ease your mind by helping track, not only your vehicle, but also other valuables if they are ever lost or stolen. It’s an added layer of protection for your items and can even be used to track and recover your pet. The range of possibilities for the Cube Tracker are long and wide. Anything from a car, bike, mobile home to a person or a pet. And because it’s extremely portable, you can easily take it with you and track items you may have leave for a short while, such as; your luggage, gym bag, or briefcase. The Cube’s small size and portability allows you to discreetly stash it anywhere, where it can’t be found easily. I plan to leave it in my car and take it out depending on which car I drive and once the car is parked at home, I can easily take it out to charge, if necessary, and return it to the vehicle. And because I always have my cell phone nearby, I can easily track it using the user friendly tracking app. I’ve been using the Cube Tracker for about a week now. I am impressed. There’s a lot to like about this small tracking device. It arrived to my home in a small packaging envelope, and although my packaging envelope was ripped some during the shipping process, it didn’t damage the device because it was well packaged and secured within a rubber foam that’s also inside the box. The foam snuggles the Cube completely, holding it in place. Once you open the small box, you’re able to easily locate the provided documents for usage. The instructions were easy to read and each step concisely moved along without a hiccup. A charging cable is provided. There was no charging adapter, but that seems like the norm nowadays. After removing the charging cable and the Cube from the box, I plugged the Cube in to ensure that it would be fully charged before it’s first use. It took a couple hours to charge. While it was charging, I read the instructions in its entirety. The Cube has a rechargeable battery which is convenient for extended use. It’s equipped with 4g LTE, and has SOS alerts. It’s also waterproof so this device is ready for just about any assignment you have planned. The Cube is lightweight, but it is heavy enough so that it won’t blow away with a gush of wind and you can feel that you have it on your person. But if it’s attached to a backpack, briefcase, or a gym bag, you won’t feel the weight of it. I think it’s a good size and weight. It’s a nice shinny black shellac color with a black/dark gray metallic color frame handle that appears to be some type of metal or hard plastic material. The Cube is easy to connect to your phone via the app. The instructions provided with the Cube and the instructions via the app are easy to read and follow along. Both are simple and straight forward. There are a lot of features that you can employ. Some of the features that I was impressed with was the ability to track its location history locally and nationally. The location tracking is extremely accurate and you can track The Cube in real time. If used in your car or another moving vehicle, you can track the locations/places it goes, the time it’s at various locations and even the speeds it travels. Parents should love this for their kids of driving age. You can set up GEO fences so that the tracking is activated once it leaves and or enters a specified local/area. For example your garage. When you’re in Bluetooth range you can track its proximity and be alerted when you approach the Cube, when you separate from it and receive alerts when you’re near and within range to reconnect. And if that wasn’t enough, as I mentioned earlier, the button on the back of the Cube can be set and used as an SOS. A message can be sent to your chosen contacts, along with your location. The Cube is a must have for many people. One concern I had is you’ll have to budget in about $20 a month for service. But you’ll only need one since you’re able to take it with you wherever you go. The device itself is very affordable so that helps with the purchase. Although it only takes a couple hours to change, the battery life is not long enough for my liking. I don’t want to have to remember to change the cube every 7-10 days depending on how often I use it. But, it still has about a 70% charge since I first charged it so that isn’t too bad. The Cube is packing a lot of knowledge in a small device and it allows you to keep up with items, things, pets and even people at anytime and anywhere in the nation.

BEST TRACKER BEAT IT APPLE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Cube GPS Tracker is a versatile and discreet device designed to help you keep tabs on your vehicle's whereabouts. It offers a range of features that make it a valuable asset for various use cases. One of its standout features is the ability to gather data from multiple sources, including GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cell tower triangulation. This comprehensive data collection allows you to track your vehicle's location, travel duration, and speed accurately. The data is then transmitted via an LTE-M data plan, with pricing options starting at $16.50 per month, making it relatively affordable. The Cube GPS Tracker is particularly well-suited for theft recovery, fleet tracking, or simply monitoring valuable assets. In an age where car thieves are increasingly adept at disabling factory GPS systems, the Cube provides a robust backup plan for vehicle recovery. Even if a thief disconnects the cables from the battery, the Cube can continue reporting using its own battery for up to two weeks, ensuring that you have a better chance of recovering your vehicle. Additionally, the flexibility of the Cube GPS Tracker is a notable advantage. It can be discreetly placed in your vehicle and offers optional hardwiring options, such as plugging into the OBD II port or connecting directly to the battery with the hardwire kit. This flexibility makes it suitable for various types of vehicles and installation preferences. In summary, the Cube GPS Tracker is a reliable and versatile solution for vehicle tracking and security. Its multi-sourced data collection, backup power source, and affordability make it a valuable tool for those looking to safeguard their vehicles or assets. Whether you're concerned about theft, managing a fleet, or simply want to keep an eye on your valuable possessions, the Cube GPS Tracker is a compelling choice.

Super Versatile Tracking!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been looking for a more versatile tracker and this one fits the bill. The fact that this uses a combination of GPS, cellular, wifi, AND bluetooth for tracking, makes this tracker extremely versatile with how you can use it as well as its accuracy. // Versatility I can use this for tracking my vehicle(s), pets, bikes, and even myself (more details on that in the Sharing section). It’s small enough where I can easily hide it in my vehicle and there are built in holes on each side of the Cube so I can attach it to a dog collar easily. It’s not quite small enough to hide it inside most bicycle frames but it can easily fit inside a little saddle bag. // Sharing Location with Friends and Family You can share the location of the tracker with your friends and family so this is where you can track yourself and share the location with your chosen contacts so this could be useful where let’s say you were going backpacking or traveling alone, you can have this on you so your loved ones know where you are. // Location History I really like the fact that it not only shows its current location in the app but also the location history so you can see where this tracker has been. Super cool. // Virtual Fence Another feature I really love is the virtual fence feature where it can alert you if the tracker goes outside of a defined zone. // Audible Tones This tracker can also make pretty loud beeps/ringtones for tracking it down when you get within a closer proximity of about 20-25 feet and the ringtones are fairly unique so I think for most people you should be able to hear it even from a distance. // Battery Life Battery life will vary based on how you use it when it comes to tracking intervals, strength of cell signals, and a host of other factors. Real-world usage for me was about 2 weeks which may pale in comparison to bluetooth-only trackers but I think that’s probably to be expected since this leverages many more methods of tracking/communication. What’s also nice is that they have a setting where you can set up a “Safe Zone” based on a location where if it senses that its in this zone, like lets say your house, it can go into a power saving mode where its not using a cell signal to save on battery life. // Subscription Being that this tracker uses cellular in addition to GPS, wifi and bluetooth, this device has a subscription associated with it starting at $16.50/month which isn’t necessarily a drop in the bucket but I think of it as something like insurance for anything of high value. For the use case of keeping track of a pet I think that’s well worth it. Also, at just $29 for the tracker itself, that’s actually not a bad monthly price to pay considering the device itself it rather inexpensive.
