I wanted something a bit more reliable than an AirTag, but this wasn’t it. I assumed from the higher cost and subscription that this product would be high quality and reliable. However, I found it to be the opposite. The app was poorly designed and kept crashing. The device itself would only ping in certain locations, and the customer service is not very helpful or easy to get ahold of. I’m sticking with my $30 AirTag.
