    I find total tech support and the Geek Squad to be an indispensable part of our technology system. They never fail to solve our problems, and the service is amazingly efficient and cost effective. Why would anyone shop anywhere else for their technology needs?

    Geek squad adjusted surround sound for dialogue

    Derek arrived with an assistant and immediately began the process to adjust sound direction allowing more dialogue from the center speaker and not as much music from the other four speakers. When completed, my wife and I are very well satisfied with the finished product.

    The gentleman who provided service was truly outstanding young man. He took every moment of his time to make sure my wife and I really understood everything he did to ensure us we would be able to the out of the TV’s. Thanks Geek squad

    Geek Squad delivered our tv and mounted it over the fireplace and hooked it up to our box and got it working and explained the new remote and what to push for tv and streaming. Finally, they removed all boxes and packaging. Excellent!

    Logan (I believe) was very efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and coached me on how to solve the issue if it occurred again. Both Logan and his assistant were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad.......!!!

    The second visit by a geek tech repaired the probl

    The first tech missed identify the problem. The second tech identified the problem but did not have the cable he needed. So he changed the hook up using bluetooth it works now and hope it continues.

    The Best Buy Service Rep performed the work requested. It has been a problem since I purchased $4,000 worth of goods in September 2020 and has been mitigated to an extent. I was advised that the samsung TV is ahead Technalogically compared to my cable Service provided by Spectrum

    My service man was the best. He was considerate of tracking up my home and took safety measures regarding COVID. Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and knew what steps to implement. I would request him again and recommend him. Thank you for having such a team member on Geek Squad. The process to get an appointment was less desirable and I almost gave up on waiting for the appointment.

    Both Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, they quickly determined the issues and made changes to controller operations on the home theater. They also swapped the Roku box to Roku Firestick I had purchased. Fast and friendly! My thanks

    TV wall mount and installation went smoothly. Soundbar did not - same techs who declared first Soundbar 'defective' installed one with same problem, only to state 'they're all that way'.

    It took multiple technicians but our Roku streambar is now set up & working properly. And an issue with our tv was identified & resolved. Everyone was very helpful & professional.
