    Customer Service friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Geek Squad members are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am always impressed with how much loyalty they have to other Geek Squad members, and how proud they are to work for Best Buy, and how loyal they are to the company.. Very impressive!

    I’m an elderly person with not a great deal of tech skill and I purchased a very intimidating device to watch television and stream shows. The Geek Squad have been my best friends, teachers, patient supporters.

    The agent came and reconnected my sound bar. Te gentleman was very prompt courteous and knowledgeabl, he also took the time and explained what he was doing and what I could do to prevent this from occurring again.

    I ended up dealing with 4 different GEEK people. 3 men first, and then a woman. I AM NOT A FEMINIST!!!!! I love men and like having doors opened for me, etc., but in this case the woman kecked butt on the 3 men! I purchased a "SONY 4K UltraHD TV and a SONY sound-bar. Geek squad could not get the SPECTRUM remote to control the sound-bar until they sent out a woman on their 4th try and she did it in literally 5 minutes! The boys need to go back to school!!!!

    The agent explained in detail and simple English how to use the smart TV and streaming. The original installers were not as successful in explaining how to use the equipment, but the agent who later came was knowledgeable and patient--an effective teacher.

    Tech did a fantastic job fixing what the first tech team didn't optimize. We have a home theater and while we were getting great audio, the receiver setting was at zero. When he adjusted the room filled with richness. There were other tweaks he made as well. 100% satisfied.

    The guy who came to fix our home theater issue was knowledgeable and he knew the things well. He helped us understand different input systems to our media room. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad.
