    Geek squad to the rescue again!!

    He corrected the problem in less than Two minutes and changed a setting that the issue wouldn’t happen again. The TV when turned on would open on a page full of apps which we didn’t want or need for this tv in the kitchen!

    telephone trouble-shooting is a waste of time--didn't know how to help--after talking to 8 agents was given 2 options--return tv for refund or make appt. for home help which I did--the geek squad that comes to your home really know what to do and fix it within 5 to 10 minutes. They are truly in the know.

    Justin and his associate were GREAT! Was wonderful about following up on the issue and providing me with options. Can't say enough about his professionalism. The rest of the Best Buy and Geek Squad staff I'm sad to say, are not living up to expectations. There has been a severe problem with communication within your organization. Trying to get someone to call back has been virtually impossible. I needed to speak with someone directly at the store. I tried calling the store and kept being passed to the '800' number. I was told that I had to submit a request to have someone call back. I was also told that I would receive a call within 2-4 hours. It's been 4 business days. No response

    A technician that came out to fix my computer I did a tremendous job. He said everything up for me and being an older gentleman not very tech savvy I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend The geek squad and their Total protection program to anybody and everybody that would listen

    Geek squad was very prompt in diagnosing my Vizio tv. The team said someone would contact me and let me about the product warranty. No one has contacted me me yet. I do want to buy another TV at Best Buy, but waiting on status of warranty.

    I asked them to connect my PBS Passport account to my Logitech remote. My Logitech and my LG TV evidently don't take PBS Passport. They were on time. They were polite. It simply didn't work out.

    I was having many problems with my video streaming freezing up. The geek squad came to my home, looked over my hook up, and recommended that I upgrade my streaming device. I followed their advice and haven't had a problem since.

    Always excellent service from Geek Squad Specifically Dennis Quaid-Shaw! I appreciate his expertise and patience in dealing with older folks that may not always get the newer technology/apps/set up.

    I had an in home advisor help me with the A/V and appliances with my new custom house. From the beginning I have had problems with the WI-fi system throughout the house. It has been replaced once already. Most recently the Geek Squad troubleshooting appointment was arranged to hard wire as many devices as possible to reduce the strain on the WI-fi system. When the guys arrived, they didn't have the parts necessary to make these connections. They promised a return visit within a week, and it has now been two weeks or more and I can't get them to answer my texts (the pre-arranged method of communication). They are great guys, very knowledgeable and have been willing to work on my system in the past, but I fear that they are being overworked/stretched too thin and cannot complete my project so that it is working reasonably well and reliable.

    The geek squad rep was knowledgeable, proficient in his installation, explained clearly how to operate our remotes and tv apps. He made sure we knew how to go through the system successfully on our own, before he left.
