Showed up on time and called several times to let me know the status. Did a great job of troubleshooting and servicing.

He corrected the problem in less than Two minutes and changed a setting that the issue wouldn’t happen again. The TV when turned on would open on a page full of apps which we didn’t want or need for this tv in the kitchen!

Thomas and Daniel worked on a few TV and sound issues for me. They were very professional, competent, and friendly—and they continued to work in the issues until they came to the best resolution possible.

When appointment was scheduled requested early appointment and was told it would be between 9-11 am Called to verify appointment a week before scheduled appoint and was told it was in notes to be around 9am and would receive a call the day before to reconfirm time Did not receive any call or text when i called at 4:30 the night before was informed that it was scheduled. for 1-4 PM not 9-11 AM I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE TIME BEING NOT BEING WHAT I WAS TOLD AND PLANNKING MY DAY ON I was very pleased with the techs that preformed the work and would request them again if service is needed in the future.

The agents unboxed and mounted my new tv on the tv table. They hooked it all up and did most of the setup and made sure all was working well. All we had to do was enjoy the new view and sound! They also moved the old tv to another room.

I was very pleased with work the Geek Squad did on balancing my speakers on my surround sound system. The young man that came was well versed on how to get into the amp and adjust the output for the various speakers.
