    The geek squad rep was knowledgeable, proficient in his installation, explained clearly how to operate our remotes and tv apps. He made sure we knew how to go through the system successfully on our own, before he left.

    Geek squad was very prompt in diagnosing my Vizio tv. The team said someone would contact me and let me about the product warranty. No one has contacted me me yet. I do want to buy another TV at Best Buy, but waiting on status of warranty.

    The Geeks arrived right on time. Polite, friendly & professional, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, a Bose amp that wouldn't switch on, within 15 minutes. Best part of all, they didn't charge me a dime for the service. I will definitely renew our policy when it comes due. Bravo!

    Geek Squad hooked up my sound bar.

    The tech hooked up my Sonos sound bar and got it squared away. He briefly showed me how to use it, but I still have no idea so I don’t do anything with it :). But the tech provided good service. He was actually early! He was personable and friendly. He seemed to have good knowledge of the product.

    The agent helped me with my problem with the Amazon Fire Stick. He was awesome, explained it all to me and took his time. I can't say how great he was. Very knowledgeable.

    Geek squad gentleman that came to my moms home was so professional helps my with the setup of her television he explains all the detail of how to operate the tv with the remote .thank you. geek squad

    Ryan and Greg spent about 1 1//2 to 2 hours fixing my stereo system, DVD, outside speakers. I have a multi zone system that stopped functioning properly. They recommended a universal remote to make it easier for me to operate the complete system. I am not tech savvy so this was a great solution for me, eliminated at least 3 separate remotes. They explained everything on how to get the system to work easily. Love it!!!!

    Soundbar Connected, Other TV App's Enabled

    Geek Squad quickly fixed a soundbar that was not connecting to the TV. They listened to an issue I had and resolved it by selling and installing a Roku. My issue was that my older Smart TV would not allow access to Disney+ and Apple TV. The TV only allowed Netflix,Prime, and Hulu.

    Terry with the Geeks is always fantastic! It really cool that he’s been able to do several jobs for me. I really love my Total Tech contract and the service they provide. Everything is perfect.

    Agent performed troubleshooting on my home theater sound issues. Determined it was an issue with my 10 year old receiver verses the speakers. I purchased a new receiver and issue resolved. He was fast and very knowledgeable.

    Agents mounted our new TV and connected it to our AV Sony surround sound old system and showed us how to use the new remote quickly...but told us we need Direct TV Tech to reprogram our Remote with IR update....however, the AV system to TV is not working now, and we await return GS Tech who was scheduled for Thurs 7/6 but went to wrong address and NEVER called us before coming to confirm ?!?!???!..and I had to speak to 2 different CSRs in Philippines to get rescheduled 7/10 0800!!?!?!??!?! and left VM with Regional Head "Cassie" and no reply yet?!?!!??

    Bryan Ngo was wonderful. He installed my software programs on my new Surface Go Pro. After he left I had an issue and called his number. He called me back the same day and walked me through how to correct the problem. Fantastic service!

    Agent arrived on time and quickly realized what the problem was and just as quickly fixed it. He was in and out in no time, very pleasant and did not talk to me like I was brainless. Geek squad is well worth the price.

    Justin and his associate were GREAT! Was wonderful about following up on the issue and providing me with options. Can't say enough about his professionalism. The rest of the Best Buy and Geek Squad staff I'm sad to say, are not living up to expectations. There has been a severe problem with communication within your organization. Trying to get someone to call back has been virtually impossible. I needed to speak with someone directly at the store. I tried calling the store and kept being passed to the '800' number. I was told that I had to submit a request to have someone call back. I was also told that I would receive a call within 2-4 hours. It's been 4 business days. No response
