    TV Install and problem

    Agents mounted our new TV and connected it to our AV Sony surround sound old system and showed us how to use the new remote quickly...but told us we need Direct TV Tech to reprogram our Remote with IR update....however, the AV system to TV is not working now, and we await return GS Tech who was scheduled for Thurs 7/6 but went to wrong address and NEVER called us before coming to confirm ?!?!???!..and I had to speak to 2 different CSRs in Philippines to get rescheduled 7/10 0800!!?!?!??!?! and left VM with Regional Head "Cassie" and no reply yet?!?!!??

    Fast, efficient, and great customer service. The technician came to the house and quickly assessed the problem. A report was quickly made to swap the defective unit.

    I have repeatedly tried calling several times our local Best Buy store and not had any answer. I finally had to drive 30 miles to talk to Geek Squad to have them come to my house for repairs. Upon I arrival to the store I asked why the phones didn't work, and was told a new cooperate policy now routes all repair calls elsewhere, and they were not happy about this either. I had trouble with only two of my 6 speakers working in my home theater, zone 1. The geek squad found a solution but after they left discovered it shut out both speakers in zone 2. Sadly the same trouble, with the phones, so again I had to drive 30 miles each way to make another appointment. This is a poor as it gets for customer service. I know these are challenging times, but get somebody to answer the phone for your customers please. Until this is changed I will not recommend Geek Squad, very disappointing.

    the agents mounted my tv and connected my devices quick and easy with care and concern with my new product. I'm very happy with how knowledgeable they were. I plan to make more purchase in the future with the geek squad doing more installations.

    The technicians were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, polite and conscientious. Despite the fact they could not resolve the issue they identified the cause. The Toshiba Fire TV turns itself on and off and responds erratically to the cable input. The cost for "repair" is prohibitive.

    Bryan Ngo was wonderful. He installed my software programs on my new Surface Go Pro. After he left I had an issue and called his number. He called me back the same day and walked me through how to correct the problem. Fantastic service!

    It was easier to arrange the Geek visit than it was the last time, maybe five years ago. The person on the phone was helpful and efficient, though she had a pretty heavy Spanish (I think) accent. The tech person who visited was courteous and knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem quivkly.

    I ended up dealing with 4 different GEEK people. 3 men first, and then a woman. I AM NOT A FEMINIST!!!!! I love men and like having doors opened for me, etc., but in this case the woman kecked butt on the 3 men! I purchased a "SONY 4K UltraHD TV and a SONY sound-bar. Geek squad could not get the SPECTRUM remote to control the sound-bar until they sent out a woman on their 4th try and she did it in literally 5 minutes! The boys need to go back to school!!!!

    The techs installed 2 Tv’s & 2 Eero’s. No instructions were left for either item. If the wrong button accidentally gets pushed on the tv remote, you have to go thru a long process to try and get it back to where everything was set before. Still can not get the guide back.

    The Geeks arrived right on time. Polite, friendly & professional, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, a Bose amp that wouldn't switch on, within 15 minutes. Best part of all, they didn't charge me a dime for the service. I will definitely renew our policy when it comes due. Bravo!
